I had an amazing time with Travel Shop, visiting Istanbul and Cappadocia. I saw a lot of the countryside and I have now a general impression of the country. The driver, guides and members of the Travel Shop were very kind and helpful. The selection of hotels were great, very spacious and amazing breakfast was served. I really loved the Silk Road Museum Hotel and the city of Tokat. This is a trip I will never forget en definitely recommend Travelshop, thanks Mr Murtaza Kalender and the team for this unforgettable experience.

Have a wonderful 9-day journey through Tokat, Cappadochia, Konya, and Instanbul. Travelshop communicated the itinerary well in advance, and the guide Furkan was simply amazing! Travelshop deftly trained him to use downtime in the bus journeys to describe the history and significance of each site we were about to visit, creating an enriching learning experience. Travelshop is well connected with hotels, sites, and government authorities such that when weather delayed us we will still able to visit a site after hours. Their variety of experiences in cuisine, sites, shopping, religious sites, was carefully hand curated - could not have booked this better myself!

I have not attended my booking to Istanbul quadbiking just yet, however I just wanted to say that the service so far has been amazing. Berkcan was able to accommodate my specific needs and was very prompt with his responses. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting who wants an easy, stress-free booking experience with great communication and customer care.

Scammy company. Paid for a day tour in Turkey from their website, then I reached out bc the information in the email confirmation was skimpy. They told me they don't run that tour this time of year. They agreed when I requested a refund. I followed up repeatedly and could not get them to give my money back. They just kept making weird excuses or sending me emails demanding that I click links to see communications (the links in their emails don't typically work). I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because I got tired of pointless WhatsApp conversations with these shady people.

Edit: The proprietor claims I wrote my review for the wrong company. He is wrong. I have a Whatsapp conversation in my phone with his name, Orhan, on it. He is lying.

While the hotel provided was the one listed on their website and was decent, I felt it could have been slightly better in terms of comfort. That said, the rest of the experience made up for it. From clearly explaining the itineraries to keeping me updated and recommending some fantastic places, he was incredibly helpful throughout.
