Total failure. Don't buy it for your company!

Unfortunately our company decided to use Travelperk:
1. Absolutely horrible service and communication
2. Missing Hotels and flights (plenty of them)
3. Booking direct saves sometimes 50% of the money

TravelPerk is your friend for travel!

The agility and security in your transactions today gives you the peace of mind to be able to dedicate yourself to other matters. This is the case of Travelperk, which gives you the agility and speed to complete this task safely and in a very friendly way. In my personal case, in my trips I look for the option that best suits the company's travel policies and Travelperk is always giving the best option. On some occasions the system did not directly give me the option, and I requested help through the chat, and it was excellent and very fast, in addition, the two agents who assisted me were very professional and resolved the matter very quickly.

Great for business travel

Travelperk is very good for arranging business travel without the headache of gaining line manager approval as it does this all for you. I found it especially useful when your line manager is in another country, i didn't need to do any chasing as it manages this whole process. it also continues to manage your trip informing you of checkins, delays etc...

Overall Travekperk provides a great service by being a one stop shop for all my business trips. Big shout out to the live chat service that is available 24h. I’ve managed to solve last minute things through this chat that otherwise would take me more time and calls. I would definitely recommend TravelPerk to manage all the business trips.

Easy booking, great customer service

Service is really good when help is needed and the response time is pretty quick.
The booking process itself is great but I'm sometimes missing option to select extras which is usually the main reason for requesting support.
Approval process is pretty straight forward and efficient most of the time. But again, if support is needed, great customer service.

Support is one of the best I have ever seen

I frequently go on business trips with Travelperk. I have had multiple challenges with hotels and airlines, but Travelperk always had prompt support and a thoughtful response (not ai generated auto-response).

I really appreciate the use of the…

I really appreciate the use of the platform in general.
The search bar, filters and results are also good.
I think that a higher portfolio of hotels can be added for some cities (more brands). I saw in the last year the reward brands improvement (example Ascott). I also requested some changes and it was well managed with efficiency. I was disappointed to see that we cannot cancel a trip under approval (if we made an error or wanted to change something).

I find Travel Perk both straight forward…

I find Travel Perk both straight forward and easy to use.

I use it for work all the time and it is a pleasure, the only time I ever had an issue, it told me who I needed to speak to and what about.

For the services like this I have used, Travel Perk is second to none.

Overhauled our business travel process

TravelPerk has streamlined our company's business travel needs, removing so much administration from booking directly with travel providers. The carbon emission reporting is great, as is the user interface!

There are occasions when the pricing is considerably higher than booking direct, but the time saved from employees being able to chat to TravelPerk instead of a staff member resolving travel issues is a real life saver. The customer service really is fast and excellent.
