This company is a wonder when it comes to travel. No matters if its flights, hotel or car rental. They take care of everything and expedite and organize the process in such a way that travelling seems to be fun.

I was having so much confusion about my international trip with my family. I got the information from one of my friend about the travelouts and i called them and had word with paul and he helped me lot for my hotel flight and car rental booking everything was so smooth and got the best deal. And I would recommend travelouts for the best deal.

I made an international car rental with Travelouts and received an email stating that the deposit was refundable. When I needed to cancel the reservation, I was told it was non-refundable. When I reminded them that I had an email they told me that they would send it to their resolution team. I realized later they were simply stalling for time until I was beyond the 90-day window to dispute the charge. After several phone calls, I was finally told to stop calling because I would NEVER get my money back. The rep then hung up on me. I filed a complaint with both the Better Business Bureau and the NJ Bureau of Consumer Affairs but they never responded to either agency. Do not use this company!!

I called about a flight booking and a Mr John Smith answered the phone (Tel : 08081757385).
Having made full payment in the booking, my flight was confirmed, except that I did not receive the confirmation email because I made a typo of my email address. So I asked him to amend the email address for me. He lied and told me that my flight was not confirmed because taxes are still outstanding. He asked me to pay a big extra amount to settle the taxes and for modification fee of my email address. Luckily, I refused the extra payment and did not fall into this trap. Later, I called the airline to amend my email address and clearly my flight was already confirmed upon my earlier payment.

A SCAM. Please do not use

I contacted this company and asked for details about renting and all the items I needed to understand regarding credit card terms and everything else as I’m setting up the business account. Jaden Communicated all the details except for the fact that I needed to have a flight. This was a big issue. Getting my money returned has become a bigger issue, although I am still waiting and hopeful that they’ll come through

Found an online # to book rental car with Enterprise & somehow got to this #. The lying man reiterated that a partial deposit was required to book at the discounted rate. I was scammed out of $300. This is a SCAM, report it to you bank, credit card co. & State Attorney General Office.

This was the worst experience I ever had was quoted one price on the phone but when I received the information by email it was $200 more advised them I did not want it and they tried to charge my card anyway…luckily the fraud department wouldn’t let the transaction go through…there is something not right with this company

My husband assumed he was talking to Enterprise and not a second party "Travelouts" reservation company, when he made his reservation by phone on 6/29/2024 and paid a deposit of $550.00 for three 15 passenger vans. It was not disclosed to him at that time of the phone reservation that his $550.00 would not be refunded if he canceled. He received an email after the deposit had been made that this was non-refundable. The company is not forthright and honest in it's dealings with customers. My husband has not been able to receive a refund for the canceled vehicles. I called the company and was hung up on after being informed the information about non-refund policy was sent in the email, after the deposit had been made. I would suggest carefully consider using this company if being FORTHRIGHT and not disclosing non-refundable policy beforehand is the practice.
