WARNING. This company appears to be scamming its customers. We booked a team event three months in advance and communication was good. On the day itself, there was no hotel pickup, no one could be reached by phone, and there was no response to calls or emails afterward. Of course, we had already paid in advance and are now stuck with the costs. Do not book anything with them under any circumstances!

Don’t hesitate, they know what they do and what people expect from such an activity. Their service is just excellent and not made for tourists. Never in a hurry or hasty. Loved it.

We had the cooking class and it’s been absolutely stunning. Authentic setting, genuine home made food. We helped to prepare the plates and then we ate it. Wine was included!

Perfect organisation and great combo tour indeed, with a first part at a beautiful winery and then a visit to Mt. Etna. Perfect guide and driver.

Very good company. Organization is perfect, they care for all details and they re-arrange everything in case of issues. One day Mt. Etna wasn't accessible because of ash due to the eruption, so they drove us to Taormina instead. This has been great by Travelosophy.
