I had a frustrating experience
I had a frustrating experience with this agency while booking a ticket for an unaccompanied minor. The initial agent provided incorrect guidance and made several errors, which resulted in my inability to complete the booking with the airline.
To resolve the issue, I had to work with another agent to reissue the ticket, which led to additional charges. Unfortunately, the agency did not take responsibility for the mistake or offer any compensation.
I would recommend that the agency improve its training and accountability, especially for sensitive bookings like unaccompanied minor travel, to avoid similar issues for other customers.
