I was booking a multi-passenger international trip from Dallas with several routing and connection considerations. International family bookings can be stressful — there are layover risks, transit visa questions, baggage rules across codeshare carriers, and price comparisons that change by the hour. I had a lot of questions, and I needed someone who could think through the trade-offs with me rather than just push the cheapest option.

Lucas handled my booking from start to finish, and he was excellent throughout. He was calm under pressure — even when I came back to him multiple times with new questions and adjusted dates, he never seemed rushed or impatient.
