I booked a flight for myself and daughter. When trying to get our boarding passes through them they told me there was an issue with the airline and they needed to switch my flight and that i would have my new boarding passes sent to me by end of day. I called the airline they claimed to have switched it to and they had no record of either of us being on a flight out. When trying to contact the "24/7" hotline and no one answers. I spent $398 and am at a loss for words now. Complete SCAM. Please be careful!!
