Rude and unhelpful staff at Salerno ticket office
I had a disappointing experience with Travelmar, specifically with the ticket office staff member in Salerno named Maddalena. Unfortunately, she showed a complete lack of customer service skills. She was neither polite nor helpful, which is especially concerning for someone working directly with the public. Kindness and basic courtesy should be fundamental qualities in this type of role, and sadly, they were entirely missing in this case. She does not represent the company well, or reflects the standards that a customer-facing position should uphold.
