I was nervous about switching to this sim for my travels- I had nothing to worry about. Worked perfectly for my month-long travels. Being able to chat with somebody instantly over messager with any installation worries was so helpful. Will be using this next travels

10/10 - don’t consider anywhere else for travel sims!

I wanted to buy an esim before I travelled overseas to make it easier for me when i got to my destination, I came across TravelKon, pricing was very reasonable, also customer service was great. will use TravelKon again.

TravelKon eSIM has been recommended by my brother in law as a great way to stay in touch whilst on the move and this service has an excellent review rating. Looking forward to using my eSIM on my next trip to Europe and Turkey in 4 weeks time.

TravelCon esim installed at home prior to going to Sri Lanka didn't work. Ended up getting alternative physical sim from Airport. Ended up being a waste of time and money.

This is my honest experience. Travelkon emailed and offered a full refund if l was to change my review and give them 5 stars. I would prefer to forfeit the refund believing potential customers are made aware that this product didn't work on arrival to my destination despite following the installation instructions. Also Travelkon using tactics to alter any negative reviews.

Very easy to use and easy to install. Took only a few seconds. Works well.

Beware of being scammed by Travelkon. Paid extra for an eSIM advertised with 5G speeds. Unfortunately the speeds were so slow, less than 1mbps so essentially unusable. Contacted support and they asked me to follow numerous troubleshooting steps which I’d already done multiple times. They blamed network congestion despite my second phone on the same network having speeds up to 70mbps. They offered to “upgrade” to a new eSIM on the last day of my trip. New eSIM had much faster speeds for first few minutes but again became extremely slow. Travelkon refused to accept they issued a faulty product in the first place. They should not be issuing products on congested networks. The fact that they offered an upgrade means they knew the original eSIM would have slower speeds. The product provided clearly did not have the advertised speeds. I would’ve accepted even a partial refund for being issued a faulty product but they insisted there was no fault from their end. If they can provide a new eSIM with much faster speeds they could have done so from the beginning. I suspect they cut costs by knowingly providing customers with eSIMs on congested networks and only offering to “upgrade” to the actual advertised product once they are contacted by customers.

Update: Support finally suggested that a disabled VPN profile may be the culprit as they’d seen “countless” cases of this exact issue. Disappointing that support wasn’t able to figure this out earlier if they truly have seen countless cases. Highly frustrating as their installation and troubleshooting guides do not specify that even when VPN is disabled, it may still affect speeds.

I have used Travelkon during my Europe trip. No issues. I could easily access my emails, internet banking, whatsap calls, social media, etc. I will use their service again.

Didn't have any issues over a 2 week overseas holiday. Never went without service and didn't have to physically do or change anything.
The welcome messages for each country you land in is a nice touch.
