Literally the worst booking agency ever! Please don’t make any reservations with them! I really really regret it.

I wouldn't recommend to anyone buying tickets from this place. If you haven't initially chosen any specific option, then your tickets will not have any options for name change, date or cancellation *usually other companies offer this with some fee. But strangely, easily by a single click, you can cancel them without refund. I would add: Terrible phone line system.

I bought a double ticket today, everything went perfect. First came the reservation and after an hour the e-tickets. I checked also the e-tickets with the airline, directly, all fine. No complaints at all.

If I could give negative stars I clearly would. I don't understand how businesses like these are legal.
Please think twice before booking through this.

I have booked a travel to Columbia through Travelis which clearly was a big mistake. In the booking I made a mistake of putting my middle name under my last name, which obviously is my mistake. I then called Travelis to ask for help to make a "name correction" but was told that I have to contact KLM. I then contacted KLM and was told that they cannot change it since it was booking through a 3rd part. They asked me to have Travelis contact KLM's business department to get permission to correct the name. When I called Travelshit to deliver the message they of course said that it was not possible to change the name and they couldn't do anything further. I then asked them to cancel the flight but was told that it would "NOT OFFER A REFUND OR EVEN PARTIALLY".

Definetly the last time I will ever use this amateur "company".

I bought round trip with Travelis but could't use the first segment ticket. It was not written anywhere that I would have loosen the whole purchase in this case, but I called anyway assistance to ask and be sure. They were very rude, they told me that they couldn't do anything and to call the airlines. Airlines told me that it was possible to make some changes to not loose the whole travel, but that I could do it only via Travelis. When then I called again Travelis they treated me very bad, they said they could not do anything (and of course I couldn't make any change because they had the credentials of my trip). In the end they told me that they would let me know if I could at least have taxes back, but they never did.
End of the story: I lost the whole purchase, had to buy new tickets, didn't get taxes back. Assistance was more than rude, not supportive at all, the infos were confused and contradictory.

A horrible , irresponsible agent , its system is perplexing and confuse customers .
It doesn't refund your money and etc .

Beware of Travelis.dk: Scammers Taking Your Money and Trust

I recently had a harrowing experience with Travelis.dk that left me feeling cheated and utterly disappointed. Despite paying approximately 8000 DKK No tickets. It's disheartening to encounter such unscrupulous behavior from a supposedly reputable travel agency.

From the outset, their demeanor was rude and unhelpful. It seemed as though their only interest was in taking my money, with no intention of providing the promised service. What's worse is that they didn't just swindle me; they also robbed my children of their anticipated travel experience by taking their money as well.

Dealing with Travelis.dk has been a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. Their lack of accountability and disregard for their customers' well-being is appalling. I strongly advise against entrusting your travel plans to them. Save yourself the headache and avoid Travelis.dk at all costs.

Quickly, easy and no unnecessary information!

Easy and quick, it only needs to be in English too.

I attempted to purchase plane tickets through Travelis and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From start to finish, the process was riddled with issues that ultimately led to frustration and dissatisfaction.

IT WAS PRETTY SIMPLE AND STRAIGHTFORWARD.

Scam company! Alert. If you think you save money by going here trust me you will loose everything. Bought tickets here, when realized they're not reliable and canceled. By their policy they never return any money to you. I canceled my order next hour. The tickets they bought from flying company were refundable in 24 hours. It is how they made money from nothing. Trust me they make money by cheating on you, not by selling tickets. Their support told me they understand but they don't care. SCAM!

I had a terrible experience with Travelis. They failed to deliver my tickets, so I canceled my order. But after canceling, they suddenly sent the tickets. Now they refuse to refund me and demand full payment again. Even though I'm ok with my existing tickets. It's a clear case of unethical behavior and terrible customer service. Avoid Travelis at all costs.

DO NOT BOOK VIA TRAVELIS!!! They change the dates of the booking AFTER the booking has been made and refuse to refund the ticket price. BE WARNED! This company are swindlers and liars.

Prices change at checkout, they try to force you to share your bank information with trustly and it fails so you have to pay more. Don’t bother.

I had a great experience, yes it is true that it takes a while for the tickets to arrive, but if something is not clear to you, the support is excellent and very quick to respond.

Extremely poor service - borderline scam.

I had 2 tickets for that they rescheduled and as a result we needed to refund. I called and asked about what the options would be to get them back. They didnt inform that we would not receive even 50% of the money back...

They just charged me thousands for not doing anything.

This is the last time I use them and I will actively help others not use them either!
