Applied for my Visas through Travelio and had a simple and efficient service

We were very disappointed with the bad quality of apartment 917 at the Majesty apartments in Bandung. The apartment was grossly misrepresented on Booking.com through Travelio. We complained of the foul smell throughout the apartment, the dirty appearance, no wifi, couch that sinks so much you almost fall off! But all we got from Travelio was sorry we can’t help you as your booking is non-refundable. We got no support from the owner either, you basically sent the same auto reply to all messages. Will not trust travelio properties again, and guys stay away from apartment 917 at Majesty apartments Bandung

So easy application and fast customer service!

Lack of transparency. They charged three times the official fees, said 90% it will be approved and the visa is rejected. I don't recommend at all
