Ticket issues, not respectful.
Usually they are good. This time I had to speak to them in regards to changing the title of my name, first they put Mr in the invoice and the. Mrs with my surname , I'm just a Ms. I spoke to them about it, they said it will get done. They will change it but they didn't. They say it will not cause any issues when traveling. But it's stressful and the tone the advisor spoke with wasn't very respectful. They also had made a mistake in the final destination of travel.
