Our experience on this trip to Japan was made perfect by our travel company TRAVEL GOALS. The flights, bullet trains and hotel accommodation were so well organised with great flight connections and transport timings. The trip itself was fantastic, what a great experience. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

Mason was really helpful and provided me with all the options I needed to be able to plan my trip. As a solo traveller I was expecting it to be quite expensive but I was extremely pleasantly surprised by the value offered by Travel Goals and their commitment to trying to get me the best holiday.

I recently booked my holiday to Japan through Travel Goals and the service has been excellent from start to finish. A huge shout out to Alex, who has been my agent throughout the entire process.
Alex has been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive, making sure every request was met and tailoring the holiday exactly to what I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble, and he always took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had promptly and thoroughly.
Organising a trip like this myself would have been quite stressful, but Alex made the whole experience smooth and straightforward. Thanks to his support and attention to detail, I can now simply look forward to the trip and focus on creating lasting memories.

I had an excellent experience with travel goals and particularly Joanna who worked very hard to produce a package of a tour and flights for me. She was professional throughout an incredibly helpful at adapting and adjusting the itinerary to suit my needs. I would highly recommend her and the company.

At the stage I have only just booked my holiday but I have nothing but good things to say so far. I enquired with this company initially to see if I could book China and Japan, as far in advance as 2029, this is when I was introduced to Joanne. Initially I wanted to fly from Manchester so Joanne made an itinerary with my preferences, these were indirect flights, I messaged her and she advised what flights would be best so we could fly direct. I also wanted excursions added on to the holiday, Joanne recommended these to me and emailed me a detailed itinerary of all the information for me to read over. Joanne was excellent from start to finish, she was there to answer any questions I had about the holiday and was quick to make any changes that I requested. Thank you so much Joanne for your 5* service, you will be recommended to my family and friends.

Mason was really patient with my requests providing detailed quotes and updating my itinerary regularly, to include different locations and additional travellers. Looking forward to travelling and exploring next year.

Trip to Rommania with 3 castles trip arranged.
Really helpful team loved the fact I could do it over messenger as dont have a lot of time due to work for calls. Planned out the holiday and trips arranged to pay the holiday up.
We changed one of our trips this was all arranged and paid the additional cost. Even arranged for travel to and from the airport as requested.
All information was sent prior to the trip with all the information I would need.
Our trip was great everything went very smoothly. Hotel was great. Our trips were fangtastic. Even had a question which was answered very quickly via messenger on the day.
We were worried about the way back due to the eu new border control issues seen on the news and wanted our pick up back to the airport a bit earlier. This was changed no problems. Highly recommend using Tracel goals for you trip.

Great service with great help in anything we needed;and all bookings were spot on.

My experience of a recent trip to Japan for 15 nights which included Tokyo,Kanazawa,Hiroshima,
Kyoto and Osaka.
Spending three nights in each location.
Cathy Pacific was the air line used.
Transport between cities was by Shinkansan.
Each city included a day trip to see places of interest.
Simple improvements would have greatly improve the star rating...
DO NOT DO A REVIEW UNTIL YOUR TRIP HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
I requested a hard copy of the itineraries two copies arrived but the format and font size made reading much harder to follow than it should have been.
2 Flying from Heathrow to Hong Kong with 50 min before the next flight to Narita Japan.
I checked the flight arrival times to Hong Kong and found 20% where delayed by more than a hour.
I highlighted this before travelling and was told it's an easy transfer and will not be a problem it was.
When you arrive in Hong Kong you need to pass security and customs before progressing to your transfer flight
The flight from London arrived late we then missed the adjoining flight to Narita
Cathy put us on the next flight.
But to a different airport.
We had transport arranged from Haneda to our first Hotel.
We dropped a WhatsApp to Robert who rearranged a new pick from are new destination.
Unfortunately Cathy did not load all our luggage so had a suitcase back in London.
We had a private taxi waiting while we filled out forms before we could clear customs at 23:00 we had a call from the waiting driver who said he was about to leave without additional payment which was agreed arriving at our Hotel at 02:00 am .
This could have been less stress full simply by allowing extra time for the connecting flight.
The baggage was the fault of Cathy.
The Hotels were convenient but the 3* rating where questionable.
The tickets for the Shinkansan was a QR code and a series of numbers that generated the reserved tickets failed on all but the last train ride that had the QR code correctly printed with seat numbers.
The prearranged trips
The last trip took us back to areas we had already seen apart from the visit to Nara Park
The trip home we could not select the seats of our choice as we had purchased the tickets from a travel goals.
My wife and I where seated in different parts of the aircraft.

Excellent service from start to finish! This is our second time trip. Joanne did her absolute best to organise our holiday perfectly. She was efficient, helpful, and very reliable. I highly recommend Joanne to anyone planning a trip!

Travel Goals arranged our 15 days South Korea and Japan Tour. From flights to hotel accommodations, train and bulletin train transfers. We are four senior citizens travelling together. I like that the travel advisor Robert Miller do check on us if we are OK or if we need support. Every place we went to were inspirational and educational. The only challenge we encountered were the vague descriptions of the meeting point for the excursions. Asking information from local people were difficult because of the language barrier. But over all it was a wonderful experience. Thumbs up to Travel Goals.

We had such an amazing experience booking our honeymoon to Mauritius with Mason from Travel Goal's. Everything was organised so smoothly, from the hotel to transfers, which made the whole trip completely stress-free.

They really got what we were looking for and put together something that suited us perfectly. Communication was great the whole way through and we always felt looked after.

Would 100% recommend, especially if you’re planning a honeymoon or special trip.

My only criticism the second hotel was very dated,not that clean although the staff are amazing.
