How do I contact you guys, travelgenio! I have been trying your customer care number since hours, and no one is responding. This is very urgent . My booking code is 13060828! please respond!

I am trying to change the name of the passenger and WOW their phone line changed me and automatically disconnects after a few minutes. I NEEED A REPLY TO MY EMAIL! I have sent an email regarding my booking: O877CE

Absolutely dreadful. Needed to cancel my flight as could no longer fly due to health reasons. Travel Insurance asked me to provide a confirmation from them to confirm i received no refund (which i haven't) however they do not answer emails or requests submitted online. When calling up they tell me that i need to contact the airline directly as they will not confirm i didn't receive a refund. Makes absolutely no sense as i paid through Travelgenio and hence the only people who could've given me a refund is Travelgenio... to make matters worse the lady then hung up on me.

I have to make changes to a ticket I booked online at TravelGenio and I have been trying to get in touch with their "24*7" online customer care service since the past three hours. No one responds to my call and it gets abruptly disconnected after putting me on hold for 15 minutes every time. I have also sent email at their customer service address as well as using their contact form on their website but to no avail. It is making me extremely worried since I am not being able to alter my ticket which I desperately need to do. The airlines can't help me either since I booked the ticket using an agent, an agent that cannot be contacted in any way whatsoever. Kindly help!

We have just being hung up on by an agent who gave a name, I fear it could be a false one. Our call was to chase up yet again around flight confirmations, an agent 3 weeks ago offered us an option which was unrealistic given one plane was to land as the other (the connection flight) would have been taking off. Today's agent was rude, shouted over my wife and finally conceded that her colleague from 3 weeks ago would have been in contact if they had found a solution. It would appear they are trying not to honor the flights we've paid for. Is this company legitimate?

Empresa [Editado pelo Reclame Aqui] que faz supostas "reservas" de passagens aéreas e te envia o localizador falso, ou seja, que a empresa aérea não reconhece. Comprei passagem com conexão (Belo Horizonte - Porto Seguro ; Porto Seguro - Salvador) e o localizador não funcionava para fazer o check-in no site na empresa aérea Azul. Tentei ligar para o numero informado no site deles, o número nem chama, porém o dinheiro eles garantem debitar no cartao de credito: 1500 reais perdidos pois não consegui nenhum contato. FUJAM DESSA EMPRESA!!!! É FURADA!!!!!!!!!

Fraudulent company that makes alleged "reservations" and sends you the locator that the airline does not recognize. I bought a ticket with connection (Belo Horizonte - Porto Seguro, Porto Seguro - Salvador) and the locator did not work to check in on the website of the airline Azul. I tried to call to an informed number on their website, it doesnt even ring, however, they guarantee to do the debit on the credit card: we lost 1500 reais because we could not make any contact. RUN FROM THAT COMPANY !!!! IT IS NOT LEGIT!

I'm seriously just trying to reach customer service to change my return flight time. It's impossible to reach customer service and it's extremely inconvenient!

Just booked a flight to Vienna from Toronto and never got any confirmation email ....there is also no contact info on the website! I don’t know if I have a flight or not .

Update...I received an email asking for my info. Sent it within minutes...still no reply! Is this company a scam does it even exist? Should I just book a new flight elsewhere???

Hi ,,,i am trying to book a flight since yesterday ,,,spent more than 10 hours ,,i can find the flight on search for a good price ,,but when i complete the booking form till the end including payment details and choose purchase it ends up saying booking has not been granted and the flight is not available and that i am going to be directed to search page ,,this happened more than 20 times and each time the flight is still there and showing available seats !!! can you tell me what is wrong ? is there any way to call to get the booking through?

When you are choosing your flights, the prices are pushed up to take advantage of you interest.

Their help call-center is indeed helpfull but, if you need to call them, you will spend some money.

I wanted to book a ticket with luggage and them I chose the pack plus because it is written there that "allows luggage" but then I noticed that you pay a fee just for the right of buying a luggage and them you have to call travelgenio and pay a new fee for the luggage.
so you are not able to buy to make the whole process online and have to pay twice.
Despite that all was good but this issue is nonsense

My trip will take place within a month , so far so good. I hope it will stay that way

This agency launches 30 euros just to change the flight ( too expensive ).
Aditionally, when I tried to change my flight it took almost 1 hour just to call to an assistant.

Why tell us to contact the customer service's (because booking cancelled) 24hr number when nobody is going to pick up regardless of what time we called?

There is an issue with my flight booking and we need a refund. Calling the customer service (Singapore) is useless since nobody picked up and we ended up finding their customer service email through reviews, not from their website.
Not sure if I will get a reply, but I expect a Travel Agent to behave properly like a Travel Agent, provide all the relevant information on the website and is active.

Please address this 'customer service' call number and I need a refund immediately.

First of all, I purchased a flexi ticket and then when I wanted to modify my flight because my holidays got extended. I sent a message to their customer service and informed that I have a flexi ticket. The response was my flight cannot be modified. I tried to call their travel agency but I was always put on hold, nobody answers the call. Its my very first time to use travelgenio and I am very annoyed of what's happening to my booking! I just hope they are more straightforward when it comes to customer care and answer the calls straightforward.

Over 24 hours and still no email from travelgenio

My flight has been changed to a date that doesn't suit. I rang the airline to check availability another day. They have available but travelgenio needs to process it.
Have emailed travelgenio twice with no response, not good enough
