We were a party of 9, 7 adults and 2 children. Joanna done a fantastic job of organising our trip to milan ,Venice, and vienna. She kept in touch at each place, the transfer company's she booked for us were top notch.the hotels were lovely no problems with them what so ever. The trips out to the Swiss alps on the Bernina train, and to watch glass blowing and lace making demonstrations were great.
The only thing I would say is that the flight out could of been earlier may be the morning as you loose a hole day of your holiday then same going home but need to go home later in the day. Apart from that we had a fantastic time, and really recommend travel gates for your holiday.

I've had the most amazing day, booking this once in a lifetime holidaywith Maria, she was so helpful, covered all my tick list.

I found Ashley really helpful and polite,we are looking into our holiday abit more to be more decisive of where to choose. Certainly will use again,thankyou

She helped us plan what will be a truly unforgettable family cruise to celebrate my 40th birthday in July 2027.

We knew we wanted a cruise for next year to celebrate big birthdays and exam results. I reached out to a few companies with ideas in kind and Sophia replied. I asked many questions and made many changes along the way but she never pressured me to make a decision, gave me lots of choices and accommodated me as much as she could. I’ve been dealing with a lady called Julie. She has gone over and above to accommodate us on a trip. Tanzia and Zanzibar looks amazing. She came up with a fabulous itinerary. Highly recommend

I was planning a trip to Istanbul and Cappadocia and Joanna was incredibly helpful. Very quick to reply to questions and make suggestions also.
Sadly we decided that out ideal trip required more time so we will revist it next year hopefully and I will be sure to seek Joannas help again.
