I cannot praise this company enough. I ordered a number of items prior to a trip late last year, which arrived promptly, exactly as described. I messed up, trying to set the combination padlock and called customer service for help. A lovely man named Stewart answered the call and suggested, having discussed the issue with me, that he could take an identical lock, set the combination of my choice, test it out several times for safety and then post it out to me later that day by first class post! I was blown away! None of the usual faceless, form filling, box ticking, return postage nonsense that comes with online shopping! Just a really warm, friendly and obliging response. I will be recommending Travel Fox (and their other outlets) to anyone who’ll listen! Real customer service with really helpful humans! Something I find very rare these days.
