I worked with Charlotte on designing a trip to Lapland. Charlotte listened to me and came back with a trip that was well matched with what I had in mind. Through the process to date Charlotte has been available and attentive from enquiry through booking and to after care. The stress has been completely taken away from me and we are now looking forward to our trip. I cannot recommend Charlotte highly enough everything so far feels too good to be true!

I’ve booked 3 lovely holidays through travel dreams so far to Alicante, Bodrum and a family wedding in Crete! All have been exactly what we asked for I wouldn’t book anywhere else now. Their attention to detail is second to none and having them available to contact if anything goes wrong really helps any anxiety when travelling as I know I’m not on my own! Also the ladies truly are lovely and nothing is too much for them 🩷

When I went on my dream holiday and the flights were getting cancelled (mine didn't thank god) the team were constantly checking and getting back to me with any updates I couldn't find, even at 5.30am, the team were always helpful with hints and tips on tipping etc. Thanks team for help with the other holidays too.
