I booked a holiday with Travel Centre they changed the airport and dates which weren’t suitable but refused to give me back any money. I had to end up going to the credit card company to get a full refund which in the end they did agree person I dealt with was named Luther. He was very dishonest and told me I wasn’t entitled to a refund but sending off their own terms and conditions got me the refund. I would advise use any other travel company.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied with your experience.
Having carefully reviewed the booking history and correspondence, we would like to clarify our findings. Following the changes to your travel arrangements, Luther explored and offered a number of alternatives, including an additional night, earlier travel options and amended transfers. Alternative flights from Gatwick with similar transit times were also offered.
You later requested a change of travel dates, and the costs associated with this change were provided to you. Unfortunately, we did not receive a further response after the date change costs were sent, and the outstanding balance remained unpaid. As a result, the booking was subsequently cancelled on 12 May 2026 as a voluntary cancellation due to non-payment.
We understand that you later raised the matter with your credit card provider and were successful in recovering 50% of the disputed amount, totaling £1,000.
We appreciate that this situation was disappointing and understand that you may have hoped for a different outcome. However, based on our records, assistance and suitable alternatives were provided, and unfortunately, we did not receive a further response from you regarding the options and costs provided, which would have allowed us to move the matter forward.
If you would like us to investigate this matter further as a formal complaint, please feel free to contact our Complaints or Customer Services team via email, and we will be happy to review your concerns in full.

Booked our third holiday through the Travel Center as we have used them before and they have been competitive and helpful and they offer really good trips. With our latest trip we did have an issue that was important to us, and whilst it has taken longer than I would have liked to be resolved, the main thing is it has now been resolved to my satisfaction. With all my trips I have dealt with Lee Hunt and he has done his best to reach a satisfactory outcome and cannot fault him for that. I would use the company in the future.

Emily Scott took a lot of time and trouble to put an itinerary together for my daughter and I for a trip to Milan.

The process of identifying and getting a quote is good, the information provided is clear and the agents have good availability. No option to pay a deposit hence the slight mark down but otherwise no issues so far in terms of the deal and the booking process. Lawrence Cruz was very helpful.
