Incorrect flight/airline details

The ticket I have booked was for GoFirst airlines but it got booked for Flex flight. The details send on mail are incorrect and I am unable to check in with GoFirst. When I contacted GoFirst, they told me that there is not any booking made with my name or other details. I don't know whether the tickets are booked or I am scammed. My flight is on 8th April.

I already paid my flight on april 19

I already paid my flight on april 19, received a confirmation email from Travel2be. But no e-ticket received. They stated on the email that within 72 hours they will email my eticket.
I emailed them, but NO REPLY!!!
Please fix this. Or i will keep on posting about your site!!!

I already got my eticket.
Anyway, thanks to Travel2be for fixong my concern.

No reservation found!

Dear Travel2be, I have booked my ticket 2 days ago, have only received the confirmation but not the eticket, and nothing official yet. I tried to log into MyTrips on your website, but it keeps telling me "no reservation found" under the same email i got my confirmation on. I sent an email to the customer service email address, but I got no reply yet, can you please assist me and confirm my booking and send me an official e-ticket, and update my trip on the MyTrips tab? The service is very slow and it makes one think that the website is a scam

Do not use this company

Do not use this company . I had a flight to Tahiti booked which I could not take as the French government banned Brit’s from going due to Covid . I call these clowns and they said no problem you can get a full refund as air Tahiti have changed the flight times . I thought lucky me . Eventually got an e mail from these clowns saying that air Tahiti has refused a refund and that I now have to contact the airline myself !! Been trying to contact them for weeks with no luck . Thank you Travel2be for nothing . You cost me 600 quid and I will never use you again . If you had been registered in the UK, you would be in the small claims court now .

I booked a flight i have not recive e tickets yeat. And i sent you email on coustumer support travel2be. And email come to our agent will contact you soon . I don’t when they will contact me i am try to call you on you telephone auto recording going on in telephone. I am out of my phone credit. And before book amount was different after book amount was different. Bad costumer service and i never see this kind of website site who charge for tickets and you did recive your tickets and of everything blame on airline policy if you want to do cancellation and any changes they just bock you from every side

Have not received my tickets yet

I have paid the amount in full but not received my tickets.
I only got an email "confirming the booking". Where are my tickets? I tried checking on you website as well it just says "Processing the tickets".

I booked a flexible ticket (Paying…

I booked a flexible ticket (Paying extra). When i tried to reschedule even within 48hrs from booking / a week for the flight I haven't received any reply from customer care in spite of rising multiple tickets on your portal and several follow ups from my end.
Now the tickets show as cancelled, refund pending.
I am not sure what to do, book another ticket (getting a refund) or wait for the present flight to reschedule?

I had a horrible experience with…

I had a horrible experience with travel2be. I emailed them on air ticket refund due to flight cancellation by airline since 2019. What i receive is an auto email reply "We have not found any reservations with this email address. Please make sure you use the same email address you used when making the reservation." But it is the SAME email i used for booking! i replied them by telling them this is the CORRET email, forwarded them the email I received from them upon the e-ticket booking to prove to them to this same correct email, but i only get same auto reply email. Can anyone tell me what to do, as it is always same auto email reply?

Unreachable,uncontactable,irresponsible

I am supposed to be travelling tonight as I had to reschedule my new dates but nobody is even replying to me towards my new ticket.. and I still can see the same old date and I have sent 2 Emails since yesterday and still no answer. Sigh you guys will drop big time soon. Such a failure and team of loosers. Just return to edit my review after 15 hours of writing it meaning I am writing this after I missed my flight beacuse of this agency and I havent heard from them for more than 40 Hours!!!! No replies to Emails to customer service. No phone picking up.. This is an absolute nightmare with zero customer courtesy.. on top of that they tried to charge me 80 GPB for requesting to change my ticket dates mkre than 7 days ahead of actual reserevd ticket which wqs confirmed by Turkish Airlines today that the agreement to change is FREEEEE of charge... my god what is this garbage!!!
- Now afer 4 days you reply to me? And asking me to write you again even though I have cried in my emails to your mentioned email.. I will make sure I will screw you all over the internet for the next month non stop.. I will post all over your accounts on social media... I dont need help from you undecent company... zero respect to humans.. dealing with us in a very cheap way.. so cheap company and individuals

Disgraceful service

Disgraceful service! Still waiting for a refund for flights from last year after contacting several times! My daughter in law who booked through you at the same time as myself for the same flights had her refund months ago. Although she had to chase several times too and leave a bad review to get anywhere!!

I have been asking for a simple update on my refund request using customer.service travel2be.com and the online answering form for months. The airline is ok with the refund. Is there nobody who can give me a simple update? I have had many refunds during the corona crisis and other booking websites corresponded and handled this much better. Don't refer me to the mail or answering form/link because nobody answers that anyway, look into my file and give me a status update please.

Travel2be- Flight Tickets not received

Travel2be- Flight Tickets not received. I have booked a flight ticket with Travel2be on 9th March but did not receive any tickets yet. I have tried to connect with them over email and call but no response. I have called Emirates Airline and they confirmed that there is no booking made with Passenger name. Looks like its a scam or fraud to me.

THEY LIED ABOUT MY REFUND

The airline canceled my return flight last year so we ended up changing dates. On the new travel dates, we were confirmed covid positive and could not travel. Travel2Be refused to refund me and said that we have to get an open ticket, for which I added more money. Now I've been trying to book flights for summer but they want me to add more money. A lawyer I contacted said they should refund me my money on the basis of covid positive results as the rules of the airline were that no sick passengers were allowed to travel. The lawyer added that I was not supposed to add any more money and told me to order a full refund of all the money and fees I have paid. Today when i called travel2be and waited for 30 min, the agent who picked up hang up on me. I called again and the same thing happened. My phone bill in Dec was 150 euro. I'm so frustrated and just want my money back. I used to recommend this company to all my friends and frequently flying family members in 2016 (you can see my reviews back then and recommendations) but until i see them refund my money, i will keep telling everyone to never book flights with them. Why is it so hard to do the right thing? Just refund my money. Don't book with them, they only care about getting money from you through the wrong means. They are taking advantage of innocent people who are helpless. So unfair.

Terrible - do not use this company!!

I have had a terrible experience with this company so far. The airline cancelled part of my journey and didn't offer an alternative. Travel2Be have not reached out to offer a solution. I have been trying to get in touch with them for weeks but they don't answer their premium rate phone calls or reply to emails. Losing hope now and regretting using this company.

Frustrating. Poor customer service

Frustrating! We had flights booked for 3rd March to Israel and the airline changed the flight times which we were unable to accept as it impacted our proposed itinerary. I requested a refund in Nov 2021 but have heard nothing. The flight date has now passed and I don’t know how to contact the company to sort this out.

Getting no where with travel2be refund…

Getting no where with travel2be refund team... I had to cancel my trip due to health.. have sent them my medical certificate, all correspondence from specialist.. and they still keep asking me for the date I first saw Dr.. which is stated on medical certificate... I also purchased the additional fee for cancellations. I'm sure there refund team are trying to break my will so as I give up.. it's not going to happen, I'm going to call my bank and see if they can do something as it was travelgenio that took the payment... As it was travel2be I bought tickets from.. I'm waiting on Turkish airline getting back to me regarding this.. there refund team ignore me when I ask them for there complaint department.. I'm not holding out on anyone from this bunch of robbing, scammers getting back to me, they must be on a commission base salary for ever refund they drag out.. They are the worse company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.. lesson learned always check who you are buying from before you pay 🤬😡

Impossible to get in contact with!

Impossible to get in contact with!

I bought a ticket with Travel2Be, but however I needed to cancel my flight. According to Iberias policy they have free cancellations within 24 hours, so I called them and cancelled the flight. I was informed that they would cancel the payment to my agent. When I tried to cancel the ticket with Travel2Be they told me it is not possible because my ticket is not refundable - which is not true according to Iberia. There is no way to get in contact with this agent. I found their email through angry reviews on trustpilot and eventually got ahold of a phone number (which did not work).

I really hope that Klarna will be able to cancel the payment to Travel2Be - that might get their attention!

*UPDATE #1* I did not recieve an email as stated in the response. If I do I will edit this review.

Have waited more than 2 years for a refund still nothing!

If I could rate this website a 0 I would. The customer service is non-existent, I have been trying for the last 2 years to get a refund. Have sent multiple emails, made numerous calls to a number that connects me to an office in Spain. I was told I would be refunded as my ticket was bought pre-covid but due to lockdown all flights were cancelled. Qatar airways on the other have informed me that they've issued a refund to Travel2be but travel2be has not passed it on to me or responded to my countless emails. So disappointed in the lack of communication, still baffles me how a company can operate like this!

UPDATE:
Having sent an email again to the address given below, only to be told that they cannot find my booking! How convenient, I have emailed over a screen shot of the tickets and the booking on travel2be website so I'm mind blown as to how they are now trying to say that booking does not exist.
