We have booked a taxi and they said that the driver not available in the last minute.
No contact number to contact them.

It really is a scam - I had hoped the few overly positive reviews were true but sadly not. Thankfully, due to having read the poor reviews (unfortunately after booking) we made alternative arrangements. Just before the ‘arranged’ taxi was due we got an email apologising that it was no longer available. Glad I paid the ‘deposit’ by credit card.

Scam! I paid a deposit for a taxi in Naples. Taxi never showed up and I received ZERO response to my emails. Absolute waste of time and money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

SCAM WARNING. As everyone in the genuine reviews says. This is a scam.Taxi booked in Italy, deposit paid, taxi cancelled by them, no refund. I'll be claiming it back from the credit card company, but I have to wait 30 days to do so.

Like many others' reviews, they do not refund your 50% deposit. A person named Luca read my email when I sent a refund reminder two weeks ago, still have not received it. Today my emails to both info and traveldotcab(Luca's Gmail) (this site does not allow email addresses in reviews) were failed to deliver. Can not find a telephone number anywhere. Not sure where they play this game, but my case happened in Cortina d'Ampezzo in Italy.

DO NOT USE. I booked online, they took 50% of what the fair would have been. 5 mins later said they no longer had a taxi in the area and refund 5-9 days later, I still do not have refund and all email addresses are bouncing back.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. My experience with Travel.cab has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
I made a reservation a month in advance and was charged half of the total amount. However, just 30 minutes later, I received an email informing me that the cab service was unavailable and that I would be issued a refund within 5 to 9 business days. Nearly a month has passed, and I still have not received my refund. The website displays reviews that seem unrealistic and overly positive. When I tried to leave a review about my negative experience, I found that there was no option to do so.

This is a scam website, dont use it. You will pay deposit and then be told to wait for driver details (which never come, same as the taxi never comes)

SCAM COMPANY, CAB booked in Revenna never shows up. I was charge 23 euro as 50%deposit, currently disputing the charge on my credit. stay away this travel.cab.

I tried to book a taxi, there was no confirmation, the money was taken out of my bank twice, I tried to contact them and the email has bounced. This company is uncontactable but takes money without providing a service.

They are scammers, don’t fall for it, they fool me with a good price offer. They didn’t come to pick up us, they don’t reply to mails!

Company is a scam! my partner and i were left waiting for over an hour for a taxi that never arrived. when we started requesting refunds both email addresses we had used (info @ travel.cab and traveldotcab @ gmail.com) started bouncing saying the email address could not be found, despite having previously communicated through these addresses. we filed a claim with our bank and got a refund, but do not make the same mistake we did.

Total SCAM!! Booked a taxi from forte dei marme to lido de Camaiore and paid 50% deposit. After One hour waiting for the driver I received an email saying that they had not been able to find a taxi and that they would refund the deposit within 4-7 working days. No refund 1 month later and they ( Luca ) even don’t bother themselves answering my emails! SCAMMERS

Same as everyone else, booked a transfer in Italy, paid for half $71.00.
Next an email saying no taxi available and refund would be made. Still waiting!! Scam scam scam

Same as everyone 😡 ITS A SCAM ! The email they give does not exist so you cannot contact them in any way shape or form ! I paid a deposit that was more than 50% (£18 of £27) . Error message ‘ server not found’ and it stayed that however the payment had gone through ?? Now I worry that the have ALL my card details including CVC number 😡 how can I report this scam company ?

Scam. If only I could give 0 stars. I booked a few days in advance, paid the 50% deposit (actually it ended up being slightly more than 50% - that should have been a huge red flag). I received confirmation, but never got any driver information. I requested driver information multiple times via email, but received no response. I finally emailed them to cancel my service, but again received no response from the company. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. Stay away from them and go with a more trustworthy option.

Like many other reviews here I requested a taxi only to receive an email shortly after saying a taxi was not available and the 50% deposit would be refunded. A month later and multiple emails I've received nothing.

They have Google review testimonials on their website. These are from an Airport Taxi Service in London. Save yourself money and do not use.

I booked a cab with them and it said that the link expired so I tried it again. I was charged twice and tried to contact them. Their email doesn’t exist and there is no phone number. The cab never came and I had to dispute the charge with my bank. This is a scam do not book with them

Absolute Scam. I was looking for an airport transfer to my location. I was instructed to pay a 50% deposit and that I would then receive my drivers details. A few hours after paying €93, i received an email stating :
“Hi,

We regret to inform you that we were unable to find an available taxi for you.
You will receive a full refund within 4-7 business days to the same payment method.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

I am yet still waiting to receive my refund after multiple emails and it has been over 4 weeks

This website is a scam, booked taxi online. Paid 50% which they charged me twice for. They emailed 5 hours later saying they had no taxis available and would get refund. Over 14 working days and still no refund, and they have stopped replying to emails and the email address is no longer working. Do not book with this company
