What amazing service.
I was looking for a Secret Sliding Wallet from Travel Blue. I bought it years ago, and it is now due for replacement. Unfortunately, this product is no longer manufactured and was nowhere to be found. I took a chance and sent an email to Travel Blue customer support. Jackie handled my inquiry and indicated that this product was no longer available. I asked her if it was possible for her to check if this product was still lying on the shelf somewhere. And sure enough!!! There was still a Secret Sliding Wallet on the shelf in Spain. A few days later, I received a Secret Sliding Wallet via Ester from Warehouse Spain. When it comes to service, this is Champions League level.
Once again, my heartfelt thanks.
