I wish I could rate them in minus

I wish I could rate them in minus. I had a flight itinerary for 28th October, only to turn up at the airport to be told there was no flight for that day. I had to incur additional expenses of getting a hotel, feeding and other logistics. The agency told me they take no responsibility for my inconveniences claiming they did not know about any changes whereas the staff at the airport informed me that the airline only flies on Thursdays. No communication whatsoever from the agents and airpeace about the changes. This is ridiculous that a travel agent claims not to know when flights are available for a particular route they advertise and book passengers for.
