Don’t trust them — it’s a scam.

We had the worst experience with Travaura. Three of us had booked an 8-day Vietnam trip through them. Right from the beginning, their communication was poor — slow responses, no proper updates. And just a day before our departure, they cancelled the trip without any explanation and never refunded our money.

Later, we discovered this is a pattern — many others have faced the same. We even filed an FIR, but unfortunately, no action has been taken.

Their website, posts, and promises are all fake.
This is a scam operation running under the name of a travel agency.

Please stay away from this agency. Don’t fall into the same trap

Wanted to go to vietnam so got there number from instagram dy contacted me, d deal provided by Mr harjas saluja was good I confirmed d package has token gave dm 10k ...all was good but after 15days dy called me n told me has rules u hv to pay 50k . I paid dm...for 2months there was not a single msg from there side n has my date was coming near I contacted harjas didn't pick my call n muskaan contacted me n informed dat harjas is on sick leave ...after someday muskaan disappeared n there number was temporarily out of service ..I had her personal number when contacted c picked n told me d number was stolen so it's out of service
N dn from some other number aman called me n till date he just provided me false promises has I had to depart my city till 26th July to catch flight on 27th .

I Had booked a trip to vietnam with them in march 2025.
we had paid full amount up front, everything was fine uptil now, just for my information i asked them when will i get the details of my flight & my hotel booking they said you will get all the details 15 days prior to booking date.
15 days to go to trip now and still no information & now i found things to be fishy so i asked them i wont go ahead with the trip and please cancel my bookings, to which the said sir u will be deducted of cancellation charges for which we have made the booking for you. so i asked them if u have made booking for me then please provide me with airline pnr & hotel reservation id so i can check with them so they replied wait for half an hour we will give u all the information.
Never will they ever call back to you so again next day i called them and asked them what about the info of my booking to that they said ok sir we will refund your money with 15000/- cancellation charges , so i said ok when will u refund my money they said after 21 days.
so after 24 days i gave them a call back what about my refund, so they said it will take time as we have bulk cancellation.
i told thats not my problem, i said please give me your adress my cousin who stays in delhi will come n meet you and u give him in writing.
after this there is no reply nor they picking my calls.
i appeal to everyone who has been cheated by this company we should all come together and make a complaint against them because fighting alone wont be possible against them.

We booked for a family vacation in December last year. They faked that they booked ticket but when we checked the airline website it was cancelled. Refund was a nightmare - counted the number of calls reaching close to 200. Everytime they will call back to say we will refund but never did. We told we will give police complaint - for which they said its fine. This is flying by night operator so please save yourselves hassle of booking through them and book through a proper company. They don't book ticket till last minute and you will be wondering if your vacation is there or not. If you call from a different number they will pick one time and then block you. Both customer support and ceo ketan himself doesn't that - new customer response within minutes but paid customer 100 calls no reply. You have to experience it to understand how it feels - avoid these so called low cost suppliers - not worth the little money you save with the inprofessionalism you get.

I had booked my Vietnam trip with Travaura and they took all the money for booking . Upon following up on the visa and other details few days before the trip, there was no response..most of them were not picking up the call not were they replying to the email. Ok the very day of my travel they replied to my email stating that the booking has been cancelled and they will either reschedule it or refund in this case.
It is a very disheartening moment for anyone who has planned everything and they were sitting with my money for 3 months already. They didn't bother to inform me at all nor were they responding to me. This was a huge loss both mentally and financially. Never ever book from them I have been trapped like anything.

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: *stay away from Travaura Technologies*. My experience with this company was nothing short of disastrous. I booked a Vietnam tour package through them, and they completely failed to deliver on their promises.

Despite paying the full amount upfront, they didn't provide the flight tickets or land arrangements as agreed. When I followed up, they kept delaying and ignoring my requests. After multiple attempts to get a refund, they stopped responding altogether.

The worst part? They didn't even have the professionalism to provide a proper invoice or confirmation for the payment made. It's clear that they're not interested in customer satisfaction or transparency.

What's even more alarming is that Ketan Saluja, the MD of Travaura Technologies, seems to be a professional scammer. He's been duping many innocent people, and I'm not the only one who's suffered at his hands. He's extremely unprofessional in his dealings with customers, and his sole intention is to cheat people out of their hard-earned money.

He has tortured us mentally, spoiled our travel dreams, and refused to refund our money. The lack of accountability and customer care is appalling. I've also filed a police complaint against him, and I urge others who've had similar experiences to come forward.

We booked a trip to Vietnam for 10 days for 2 people
They sent us wrong tickets and till last they did not send any hotel bookings.
We received a mail the night ago of your trip that our tickets have been cancelled and we can get a refund for it or reschedule.
We replied immediately and chased for reschedule for a week.
After giving us shitty replies they said they can't reschedule and will give a refund.

This was 2 months ago, We are still calling them everyday 15-20 times
No one is picking up calls or calling back!

Absolutely unprofessional and mostly incompetent group of people are part of the company.
The Owner, Ketan Saluja called only twice saying they will refund and they are going through a hard time

After that no calls no follow up nothing.

NEVER BOOK WITH THEM, IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY

Company cancels tours at last minute, does not do hotel bookings or book flights. Scams customers with false promises and is classified fraudsters. Stops picking up calls after payment is made and does not respond to customers. Treats customers shabbily and with out respect. If you wanna get scammed book with them.Promised to refund but did not. I urge you not to deal with them .The experience has been traumatic and painful. Reported to cybercrime and concerned authorities

My holiday to Vietnam, something I looked forward to for months, was completely ruined thanks to your incompetence. From start to finish, it was a masterclass in how not to plan a trip. Flights were poorly timed or miscommunicated, accommodations were either substandard or missing altogether, and on-the-ground support was nonexistent. Every day brought a new issue, each more absurd than the last.

I’ve never dealt with a company so uninterested in their customers’ wellbeing — or so painfully unqualified to be in the travel business. It was not just disappointing; it was exhausting, stressful, and deeply upsetting. Instead of enjoying Vietnam’s beauty, I spent most of the time chasing down confirmations, solving your mistakes, and regretting ever trusting Travaura.

Your handling of this trip was nothing short of disgusting — a total failure from top to bottom. You’ve managed to turn what should’ve been an unforgettable adventure into an experience I’ll remember for all the wrong reasons.

You owe your customers far more than an apology. I strongly urge you to re-evaluate your business model — or better yet, stop operating until you learn how to plan a holiday without destroying it. I was looking to give zero stars but there is no such options. To cut it short there is no such travel agency by name travaura which makes holiday bookings.. It is just a con game... They make video chats showing they have an office in Delhi ncr region.. showing their office and staff members who seem friendly and believable.. they take the full advance money and that's it. You can forget the money.. they will not get back to you ever.. they will not pick your calls or give any iternary...you will be left anxious. They keep passing the parcel to one another. Pls read dozens of such alarming reviews on google. There is no travel experience. This is just a one sided money taking exercise... all the glitter and show of pics on instagram is hogwash... myself dr sandesh rai and dr mahesh koni had booked for a may outing very much in advance.. but there was no callback or nothing was done.our money was gone for good..
After we told.them.we would file a legal suit.. someone called back saying they would rearrange.. but our tickets were already past the booking date.. wen we applied for refund.. they are yet to reply... they will boldly say that these are misinformation spread by rivals.. never ever trust travaura.. the handful of positive reviews are their own. Booked a 8 day trip to Vietnam.
Where every update was last minute, made the trip a nightmare. And Travaura abandoned us for the last 3 days with no hotels/guides booked.
They are least reachable when required and the CEO does not pick up calls.
Have requested for a refund.

after the cancellation caused by the company's own agent, I was assured via email that my refund would be processed within 15–21 working days. I have the official email confirmation of this commitment.

However, it has now been over 40 days, and I have still not received my refund. The company has failed to honor its own timeline and has neither provided any update nor communicated a new resolution date, despite multiple follow-ups from my side.

This delay is unjustified, unethical, and indicative of severe negligence, causing me both financial loss and mental harassment.
