They didn't send anything after 14 days.
Support doesn't respond to emails. Looks like service is not alive but still accept payments.
Thanks Revolut for fast chargeback.

Unfortunately, I never received anything, although I have paid right after check-out. No answer from them by email despite several reminders. Definitively a scam site. I really should have checked trustpilot before ordering.

Ordered, money was charged on my credit card, but never received an order confirmation, let alone a tracking number or the product. It's now been three weeks and despite several emails, I have gotten no response. Definitely a fraudulent website, avoid at all costs!

Terrible…as many of the other reviews state, paid and nothing arrived… no contact with customer service.

I ordered two travalo atomisers online at travalo.eu on 11 January 2022. My credit card was debited that same day. I have sent several emails asking about my order but have not received a reply.

This company is to be avoided, and major retailers discouraged from trading with them. Avoid!

Most probably a scam. No delivery, no replies despite numerous varieing attempts, just money taken. Avoid at all cost.

ORDER #9720. I placed an order on 23rd April 2021 and received an order confirmation shortly after. However; by 30th April 2021 I got no status update, so I requested an order cancellation on the same day. I finally received my order on 8th May 2021, but they are items I didn't order! I sent an email stating my dissatisfaction and reminded them of their legal duty (Article 8 of Directive 2011/83/EU) as a distance seller. May as well have not bothered reminding them, because they seem to get memory lapses.

I got a reply on 11th May 2021 saying I should be grateful for the substituted items...you couldn't make this up! After more insistence on a refund, I got given a return address. The items were shipped back on 17th May 2021 via Royal Mail. Travalo received the items on 22nd May 2021 - I have proof of this. At this stage I thought all was well. I did not open the items or break their security seal, meaning they can easily be sold to another consumer - I have proof of this also.

I emailed on 7th June 2021 to notify them that they should have received the items. Well...they've been ignoring me since then as though I never placed an order!

IF YOU REALLY VALUE YOUR MONEY THEN BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!

They delivered something else and then after customer service is not existent! is ridiculous seriously....

They send you whatever happens to be in stock at the moment without informing you. No more Travalo products for me. Switching to Sen7 now.

Don't order their products directly from their site, if what your order is out of stock, they will just send you something else.

I ordered a Milano set, but was sent a Classic set plus a separate Milano travel spray. Advice to companies: do not try to guess what your customers want, send exactly what they ordered or don't send anything. I wanted the Milano set box that fits the spray, but now I have a Classic box and a Milano spray that doesn't fit in the box.
