Ordered Nov 5th and spend £117, no good received and no communication from them. We are trying to go though our bank to get our money back as ordered them for Christmas.
Avoid them at all cost! Do not spend any money with them as you wont received your goods.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Zero Customer Satisfaction
I purchased a pant in June 2025, but I was dissatisfied with both the fit and the difference in appearance compared to the image shown. I was issued a credit note instead of a direct refund to my bank, which I reluctantly accepted. However, the credit note was only valid until September 3rd, 2025.
Unfortunately, I completely forgot about the expiration date and attempted to use it today, only to be told it was no longer valid. To make matters worse, they are refusing to provide me with the same pants I originally purchased.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I am left feeling completely unsatisfied with the level of service. I wouldn't even rate them one star. I would not recommend Trappin to anyone.

My products were excellently made, proper care in the wash has the logos looking brand new after half a dozen washes. The materials are high quality and very comfortable, and customer service was very interactive when one of my items was on back order.
