For members of this service - if you use an invoice discounting or factoring facility other than their own (for which they rip you off taking around 12% off your invoices - they restrict what you can see in the available loads cutting off the supply of work – that supply of work being the sole reason for membership
Not worth the price for sure
Also they remove your feedback without your permission, a client caused extra expenses of £180 and the platform took no responsibility on top of that removed my negative feedback.
Other than one person who I eventually got hold of by the name of Sashon who was helpful, this company and the way you can contact them is absolutely discusting. I have spent hours just trying to send them jpeg file containing proof of Van Insurance and Goods in Transit to their hosts or whatever by the name of Trustd who deal with this issue. I had chat with Richard who asked me to delete all cache etc... on my computer which caused me to loose all my passwords and card numbers etc. etc. which will now take me hours to replace and still was unable to send the info required. Trusd is the most unfriendly user site I think I have ever been on in 30 years. If you can avoid using Transport Exchange Group or Courier Exchange or Trustd AVOID ON ALL ACCOUNTS.
