Moving internationally with Transporteca was an extremely frustrating experience. There was no communication between Transporteca and their sub-contractors with the result that I had to call the driver every day to ask when our things arrived. The driver tried to cancel the day before our things were supposed to be picked up. Our things then finally arrived after 13 days instead of the 3 days which the contract stated and they arrived at midnight! Upon arrival the driver did not know what were our things and what where other people's things. Transporteca subsequently refused to offer any compensation for our troubles.

We acknowledge that your shipment was delayed in transit due to a late departure from Denmark. We were unfortunately not informed about this delayed departure by our subcontractor, which subsequently was addressed with them. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this delay caused. This is not in line with the high level of service that we strive to offer in Transporteca. Things do go wrong from time to time in the world of transport, but that does not excuse lack of communication from our side.
I apologised to you over the phone and I am happy to repeat that apology here. We actually offered you a monetary compensation for the delay, but you refused to receive it as it was not enough.
