I just wanted to express how happy I was with the professional service I received from start to finish from Jason, Tom and Kevin Harty at Coachbrokers.
We had Presidents and Vice Presidents and Senior Executives from New York over for a corporate visit and needed transportation for visits around London. Jason in the call center listened to my requirements and ensured that these were met. He was extremely attentive, professional, informative and very knowledgeable with the different types of services applicable to my needs. I was apprehensive about using this company over Addison Lee who we have always used at Coach, but the passengers had such an amazing time, and commented on the professionalism and amazing knowledge of London that Kevin Harty, the driver had. All the staff mentioned in this email went over and above the call of duty to ensure that the trip was a success. Having been an Executive Assistant for over 10 years for big organisations that use Addison Lee and other leaders in the transport industry, never have I received the service that I received that I did with Coach Brokers from start to finish. I've been asked to use you again for the next Executive visit by the President and Vice President! I will also be spreading the word to my professional and personal contacts! Massive well done to Jason, Tom and Kevin! You made my job so much easier.
