Subject: Second Complaint – Fraudulent Delivery Claim by Avant-Garde Brands via Amazon

Dear Customer Service,

This is my second formal complaint regarding my order from Avant-Garde Brands, a seller operating on Amazon. I strongly advise Amazon and other customers to reconsider engaging with this company, as my experience has revealed a pattern of dishonesty and deception.

The seller has submitted a clearly fabricated delivery photo as evidence. The image shows an unknown elderly woman outside a property that is not our house, nor is she a neighbour. No such person lives in our area. The building in the photo appears outdated and does not match the modernised houses on either side of our Victorian home. There is no door number, no street name, no recipient name, no signature—nothing to verify this as a legitimate delivery.

To be clear, the parcel was never delivered. The woman in the image reportedly refused the parcel—which further confirms that it wasn’t accepted at our address. This false claim of "attempted delivery" is now being used to sabotage my rightful refund. It appears the seller is relying on Amazon's trust in their process, hoping to avoid responsibility.

In addition, your courier allegedly left a card stating that the parcel would be delivered last Tuesday and placed in the safe location behind the flowerpot, which is clearly specified in my Amazon delivery instructions. No such card was left, no delivery was made, and I was not contacted.

I must express my deep frustration with your previous response, which was entirely unhelpful. It’s astonishing how a delivery attempt could be claimed when none was made, and how a photo of a random location and stranger could be submitted as proof.

At this point, I expect:

A full refund for the undelivered item.

An investigation into Avant-Garde Brands’ conduct and false delivery documentation.

If not a refund, then an immediate replacement, delivered to the correct address by a reliable courier.

Please do not respond with generic apologies or requests for further patience—I have been more than reasonable. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter with Amazon customer support, public reviews, and potentially Trading Standards.
