Look away from these “Mates”. It’s not patented. You can probably find something cheaper shipped inside your home country.

2 of 3 arrived as expected but support has been ignoring me for fixing the 3rd
I had ordered 3 of the magnets from them 2 of which arrived exactly as I expected with the location of our first date and our profile pictures from the dating app we met on but the 3rd one was the calendar plaque which instead of reading the date of our upcoming wedding it had a completely different date. I had seen an error on the site when it generated this one so I had contacted the support team email within 30 minutes of my order and I went over what the preview said vs what the date I had intended it to be for and I was told that it would be checked and assured that the date would be correct before my order was processed. However when I received it the incorrect date was still printed despite me confirming multiple times which date was correct. So I emailed back on the previous support email and they responded within 24 hours and I was told they'd look into it and get a replacement. 2 weeks later I still hadn't heard any updates about a replacement so I followed up with another email asking for updates and no response then I waited another week asking for updates still no response I'm thinking they believe if they ignore me I'll just give up.

False Promises
I saw an ad online for Valentine’s Day themed gifts, thought it was a great concept so I purchased. I paid for express shipping thinking it would expedite the process and then was notified that my package had shipped from Australia, I’m in Toronto. Valentine’s Day is tomorrow and the package just arrived in Vancouver and is with customs so it won’t arrive in time. I have no idea why they’re advertising last minute Valentine’s Day gifts in Canada while they’re located in Australia.

The fridge magnet is cool, it looks exactly as advertised.
But, for the price, it would’ve been nice to have the magnets come installed. When I stuck them in place, they wound up a bit askew.

The text/font size is way too small for the magnet option. There’s an option to change the font but not the size. I was disappointed with the end product due to this reason.
