Attention Job Seekers
I want to share my experience to warn others about dealing with Transmit Visa Services UAE.
I was contacted by them regarding a job opportunity in the Netherlands with GAC Business Solutions. As part of the process, they first asked me to pay a €150 deposit, stating that this amount was fully refundable if I was not selected after the interview. I proceeded based on this assurance.
After the interview, I was informed that I had been selected and was asked to pay an additional €1,450, which they claimed was required for the “labour approval process” before receiving the official offer letter.
However, when I requested a formal offer letter directly from the employer, I only received confirmations from third-party consultants instead of the employer. This raised serious concerns, so I contacted the company directly. The employer confirmed in writing that they had not interviewed me and that the job offer being presented was fake.
Despite this confirmation, my €150 deposit has not been refunded, even though it was clearly promised to be refundable. Based on this experience, I believe the recruitment process presented to me was misrepresented, and I am currently filing a formal complaint with the relevant authorities in the UAE.
I strongly advise anyone approached by this consultancy regarding overseas job opportunities to verify the offer directly with the employer before making any payments. A legitimate international recruitment process will always provide an official offer letter or employment contract from the employer before requesting any fees.
Please be cautious and perform proper verification before proceeding with any payments.
