Probably the worst experience I’ve ever…

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with online shopping. Got two feeding bowls that were NOT as on the website picture and therefore didn’t suit my needs, and returning them would cost me almost their whole price. The seller refused to reimburse the shipping costs, though in this case it would have make sense, due to the fact they’re basically cat fishing with the website picture. Customer service is the worst, good luck playing the lottery when ordering from them.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE !

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE !

My order was never delivered by the courier so I now have to wait over 10 days while they ‘look into this’
In the meantime I’m stuck without a grooming shirt which I desperately need
I will NEVER order from Transgroom again

Shockingly bad communication and customer support!!!

This was honestly one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had with an online store.

I contacted Transgroom immediately after placing the order to request a simple size change. From that moment on, I was completely ignored.
No replies to emails. No real human communication. Only automatic messages about how “wonderful” their warehouse process is.

Despite contacting them right away, the wrong item was shipped anyway. I refused the delivery, and the parcel was returned and confirmed as received by the seller.
And still — almost no communication.

What is truly unacceptable is that customer support simply does not exist. An online shop that cannot be reached when something goes wrong should not be trusted with your money.

I have ordered from similar European grooming stores many times — they reply within hours.
Transgroom, on the other hand, hides behind automation and silence.

If your order is perfect, maybe you’ll be fine.
If something goes wrong — you are on your own.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Horrible company

Horrible company! Zero support. And they don't accept returns. I lost 300€ here. And they act like nothing.
They have zero tolerance for support or their clients. Keep away from this company.

Very bad support.

Very bad support.

Acted as I just was out to get free stuff.

They informed me that a comb used for one poodle neck with 10 cm long coat - fluffing (not combing) once-twice a month for 2-3 years is normal to break a 30 euro comb.
