Wow! Wow! Wow! This is a retrospective review from my purchase back in Jan 2020 and only because I’ve come across these reviews by chance because I’m searching for the company to make a second purchase for use very far into the future should I ever need it because the product I bought back in Jan 2020 has performed so extremely well and isn’t going to fail on me anytime soon and my experience of their service at the time was exemplary. For the record I bought a timeless classic Donkey jacket for use as my round the house, whilst doing diy, working on the car, in the garden pop on, my pop to the shop jacket, basically my default pop on jacket which means......I am pretty much wearing it every day throughout the winter months and will use the slightest chill of a summer evening as an excuse to put it on. Just sayin!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

CAUTION: I am certain this company is OUT OF BUSINESS. Nothing I tried to order today ever went through nor did my email communications. It's too bad because I was really looking forward to some cool new gear.

That being said, I ordered a field jacket in 2019 & the only complaint is that it took longer for me because I'm in the U.S. but that's understandable. The quality of the jacket is really good and I liked that a removable jacket liner was included for extremely cold weather.

Order never received. Emails not replied to, phone is never answered. I now understand they have ceased trading, and no refund has been given. Disgraceful behaviour scraping last few orders before shutting up shop and leaving customers out of pocket. Should be ashamed of themselves.

I purchased a pair of cargo shorts from your website. They were never delivered to me. I never received shipping or tracking info from you. I’ve tried contacting your company several times and no one ever responds to me.

I have heard nothing of my purchase since the day I ordered and now I need to cancel. I had written to express that the jacket was not right on the sizing and no reply. It says I ordered an extra small, neither my son or I are in that category, both wearing large to XL, 40-42 or 42-44. I have written multiple times, no reply. I just want my money back now. The item was for my son's 30th birthday and now I just feel like my money was straight stolen.

Been great until the last order It's been 2 weeks now , no delivery and not responding to email .

I will be looking for a refund .

Haven't received my boots and been 2 weeks

I ordered an item on the 1st March, over a fortnight ago. I still haven’t received it & no one answers the phone or replies to emails or messages, if I could give no stars I would! Rubbish firm.

I ordered a jacket it became bigger I send it back.
No refund not contact me not answering the phone very bad experience.

Wrong colour recieved. Quality terrible. Several emails and many unanswered phone calls tells me they dont give a crap about the customer. Free uk returns? What a joke. Avoid this seller at all costs.

I have ordered and paid for a jacket and after 6 days I didn't get any answer from this company even after I sent them a few emails and phone calls, they are not answering and not responding.
I do not recommend this store I think they are scammers, I am just waiting to see if they refund my money.
No communication, no delivery
