We regret to hear that you did not receive your SIM card. All orders are shipped within 24 hours. Local posts and delivery companies we work with usually deliver on time but maybe a punctual/exceptional event had caused that situation.

Perfect for European train trip

The Europe 28+ DataSIM prepaid plan was perfect for my train trip through France, Switzerland, and Germany. The cards arrived just in time, they were really easy to install and activate (thanks for the clear, step-by-step instructions!) and the price is right. It's been such a weight off my shoulders having a strong data connection for maps and train schedules everywhere I go!

Sim did not work ,ordered European sim …did it work

Sim did not work ,ordered European sim put it in phone on arrival in Turkey couldn’t activate very disappointed after being recommended by my sister who used this company for data for her Caribbean cruise

Very quick delivery

Very quick delivery. Very good response to messages and questions. Unfortunately I am having difficulty with the registration process and nobody seems to be able to sort it out.
Once this is done I am happy to update this review.

It worked great in Jamaica & Haiti. But it was no service in Nassau and Coco Cay in the Bahamas. Thanks for the service.

SIMcard did not work. crappy customer service, VERY expensive!!

SIMcard did not work in Suriname. Also did not work in Curacao, had to contact customer service for this. As I arrived on saturday evening, there was no service until monday. Had to pay about 120 euros for roaming charges.
Asked for an explanation why the card did not work 3 weeks ago, and I am still waiting on an explanation.

Service is crazy expensive, advice for travelers to Surinam: buy a SIM at the airport. 8 GIG for 7 euros! This one was 25 euros for 1 gig (!!)
Same goes for Curacao, Aruba and St. Maarten. Just buy a SIM at the airport, it's sooooo much cheaper and it works 100 times better.

Utterly disappointed.

ADDED AFTER RECIEVING EMAIL:
Customer service (out of the blue) sent me a response saying that there is no record of my complaint. I've got many emails to prove otherwhise, this only confirms my worries about this company.

Again... buy local.

This is a great service

This is a great service. I was just caught out because I didn't realise the original credit would expire once I activated the sim card, not when I started using it. (I did it in advance as you have to register as I wanted to make sure it worked, but then it expired way before I could use it.)

Now that your SIM card is active, remember that you can recharge everywhere and at anytime even if you do not have remaining credit. This will allow you to recharge when you really want to use the data.

Bought a 1 gb card for a 2 week Caribbean cruise to Barbados, Curaçao, Aruba, St Vincent, Grenada, St Lucia, Saint Kitts, Antigua & St Maarten and the signal was perfect for every destination. The card was a great price, arrived in the UK a few days after ordering and the app easy to use and check data balance. Perfect for keeping in contact with family & friends, sending loads of photos and check on news from around the world. Excellent service.
