We've registered our trademark with Trama a while back - smooth experience. Recently, we wanted to extend the protection for our brand to other countries and the process was super-convenient - 1-click of a button in their customer portal (& obviously payment details), confirmed & processed within 2 days. The portal is very impressive, with their "report a threat" feature (among others), makes us feel like we really have a global legal team 1-click away.

The whole process was very clearly outlined to me and I was kept informed all along the way of the status of my application. All the costs were also clearly explained and there were no hidden extras! Very easy to deal with and very efficient all round.

Great company!! They were extremely responsive and helpful. I liked working with them and everything was set smoothly! I recommend and it’s even cheaper than any other trademark company.

Did not provide proper guidance on what trademark is needed, while knowing I have a physical product prior to beginning any filing, and only a certain trademark is needed. Took 3 years to find this out and now I am being asked to pay for a new trademark.

I hope TramaTM will take responsibility and do what is right! Especially having so much evidence showing I mention my PHYSICAL PRODUCT, Not Service or Marketplace!

UPDATE: I have received your email. I hope you can help and take accountability by providing the correct trademark application. I can pay for the EFTPS fees, but I think offering to charge me again and give a "20% discount" for your filing services, is just plain disrespectful after showing you all of the correspondences where I mention my situation and the trademark needs but instead received a trademark that was not needed.

2ND UPDATE: Patricia from Trama has reached out to provide the correct trademark filing. I appreciate them taking responsibility over this matter. I hope to finish this once the trademark process is over with both sides of the table satisfied!

I’ve spent over $500 dollars Liam , Patricia been manipulating the situation dragging it out with so many excuses. The spirit that created us used them to lie and steal. They can respond back to this platform but it’s all lies . Everything trama stated in the reply is a lie . I have emails from them keep lying they stole my money and that really hurts that I’m never getting my trade mark I paid for. My Brand is MARCI BERLIN.
