So far, head a great experience with Trama with assistance filing a logo design trademark application. The team (Milan) was very helpful and patient with me on may questions.

I really like that you get a free availability check on your brand name ideas. These give you a risk scale on idea if it's worth pursuing or not.

I hired TramaTM for two tasks: completing the attorney change of record and submitting a response to the trademark office action within the 90-day deadline. They took my payment but failed to perform either service—they never filed the USPTO TEAS Change Address or Representation Form, which my new attorney submitted online (requiring my signature online) and appeared visible in TSDR immediately.

Instead, they misled me by claiming it takes months for changes to update on the USPTO site, causing me to lose two months of my deadline and nearly abandon my application. This inaction and misinformation violated USPTO Rules of Professional Conduct, including diligence (37 C.F.R. § 11.103) and competence (37 C.F.R. § 11.101), as they accepted fees without delivering services or accurate advice.

Despite my demands, they refuse to refund, claiming they "did their part," which they did not. Total incompetence and dishonesty—avoid this firm at all costs!

Super fast and easy process!
From chatting to filing, the process took only 2-3 days (due to some time differences). The portal they use is easy and clear and it's useful to see where things are at and what the next steps are.

I have been working with Trama for a year now in obtaining Trade marks in different counties and the experience has been excellent. their subject knowledge in the different countries spanning different continents is very good and the platform is a hassle free easy to use one. Do not work with this firm - they will never answer your messages (maybe support will, rarely). Scheduling calls with them is impossible, and if you manage to do it, the lawyer will not join later, citing technical difficulties. Just hire a proper trademark lawyer.
