Me gustaría me explicaran por qué se me ha comunicado un reembolso y no se me ha dicho el por qué. De no tener existencias, me parece muy mala gestión el que permitan hacer el pedido y no controlen su stock. Personalmente si lo llego a saber hago el pedido en otra empresa.
