Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. There are known quality issues with the boats - that could be serious safety issues (ie if a jack fails while you are on the water!). Customer service is absolutely terrible. They are basically running a Ponzi scheme where they take money for boats they cannot deliver and then because they are backlogged they cannot honor warranty part replacements despite known quality issues. The boats have been sitting in my gear room unusable for almost a year. 0/10
