Amazing Personal Trainer!!
Amazing Personal Trainer!!! I would definitely recommend LZB. He helped me get to where I wanted to be. I lacked confidence within myself but after losing weight, I felt so much happier.

I’d recommend Lamar to anyone serious about improving their overall health and fitness!
He is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping you achieve your goals. His expertise in chronic health conditions (particularly sickle cell) also sets him apart from the rest.
Lamar’s training programmes are challenging but also great fun and I’ve enjoyed seeing my progression overtime which Lamar has monitored.
His feedback is always thorough and his attention to detail especially when correcting technique and form is what I believe has contributed to my amazing results!
Thank you so much Lamar! I love training with you ❤️!!

I had a great first PT session with Lamar! Before our gym session, we took the time to discuss a workout plan—Lamar really listened to what I was comfortable with as I am not new to the gym, he suggested alternatives, and together we built a plan that worked for me. After being out of the gym for three months and dealing with gym anxiety, our conversation and the workout helped me push past that. He challenged me in the best way, and I left feeling stronger and more confident. I’m genuinely looking forward to the next session!

Training with Lamar has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. He’s knowledgeable, encouraging and down-to-earth. I never felt judged, just supported.
Every session feels purposeful, and I’ve noticed real improvements—not just physically, but also in my confidence.
I actually look forward to workouts now, which I never thought I’d say.
Couldn’t recommend him more!
