I have been a member of Trainmore for skme years now. Tho the facilitiea are amazing, the client service is basically lacking.
Fake promotions, unclear contract conditions, impossible to get help with your contract, the inplace staff can never help you with administrative questions.
I am currently waiting for more than a month to be contacted by client service about their unclear promo conditions of the 2€ discount. After 4 times reaching out, i still dont have an answer.
Last year i stopped my membership. Trainmore send me an increased invoice without any explanation. In the mean time i went.tl be treated into a.hospitable so client service was the only connection i had. Again same issue, no response, i received 2 warnings from a collection agency, because i refused to pay before they explain the incorrect invoice. Meanwhile i was in a hospital, worrykng about this shit.
Terrible Terrible Terrible Client service.
NO PHONE to be able to call.
I highly doscourage people from going to thay gym. Its really not woth it anymore unless ypu wamt to get scammed and receive minimal service for hogher membership fee!

I rarely write reviews, but this situation really deserves one.
I have a one-year contract with TrainMore at a fixed price. Recently, I received an email stating that my subscription price would increase in the new year. I do not agree with this at all. I entered into this contract based on the agreed price, and changing it during a fixed contract period feels unfair and unprofessional.
What makes it even worse: new customers can currently sign up for a yearly subscription for €56.70 per month, while I am paying €79 per month, which will now increase to €81 per month. That means I’m paying almost €30 more per month than new members, simply for being loyal. That does not feel like good service.
On top of that, I have been waiting for a response from TrainMore since the end of December.
I mainly took this subscription for the pilates classes, but actually being able to attend them is another problem altogether. Every time I try to sign up exactly on time, I get an error message in the app. As a result, I end up on the waiting list over and over again. The waiting lists for pilates are insane. If you’re even one minute late, you’re suddenly number 22. It feels impossible to actually book a class. Maybe instead of giving OneFit members access to these classes, TrainMore should first make sure their own paying members can actually participate.
I find it honestly shocking how this is handled. I am always open to a conversation and almost never leave negative reviews, but this feels extremely unfair and disappointing.

The Staff at the gyms themselves are lovely.
But if you actually need anything they do not have any power to make changes to your account.
There is NO way to contact customer service. You have to everything via online forms with 0 room to add anything. Once they have you locked in they basically will never offer you anything to keep you. New members receive consistently lower and lower offers while existing members get above-inflation increases to memberships each year.
Also more gyms are becoming Black Label without any meaningful changes to the gyms themselves.

Unfortunately had a lot of bad situations with company. They spread misinformation and reply to emails after 3-4 weeks. Their decision seems to be driven mainly by financial considerations :)
The gym itself is fine but the company is SLEEZY. They really bend you over with the small print and lack of customer service. Their promotions are just one big trap which will cost you more money in the end and be careful when signing up for one year because if you do not cancel it before the last month you will continue to get charged (even though you signed up for a year).
Also now they are forcing you to take a picture for your profile so that you can even enter the gym. This was not part of the agreement when I signed up, but you are stuck doing so or else you waste the rest of your membership. You will get screwed over at some point....its their business model.
The Utrecht gym was mediocre, with several broken equipment for weeks, and with rain coming down to a bucket on the first floor several times.
But worst of all is the lack of empathy or flexibility from the customer service to early contract cancellations. Unless you move or have an injury, there is no other reason accepted, e.g. sudden unemployment. You are stuck in a contract with no possibility of negotiation, no possibility to freeze the subscription while you get back to your feet, and with robotic copy-paste replies from the customer service. You just have to shut up and pay. I most definitely will not recommend this gym to anyone! Just find another alternative gym, I'm sure you will be better off for the money you pay.
Really helpfull staff from both the gym and the customer service
Madelief was helpful to me regarding my case, but the IT department should solve the case for login the app.
Had a good chat with David, who provided all the information I needed 👌

Trainmore has randomly overcharged me. After struggling to find ways to contact them they have indeed resolved my issue and refunded the overcharged amounts.
Abhorrent customer service. Extreme lack of communication, and I feel like I have to jump though hoops to just be able to have a live talk to someone, who will kind of (but not really) help me with my issue.
Wanting to upgrade my subscription to have more flexibility, I asked the Staff at Singel if I would be able to take advantage of the current discounts for the Red Labels. I was made to believe I would, but then again, the staff just wanted to finish the conversation quickly. I submit the form to upgrade my subscription and after 5 days of no confirmation, no follow up, absolutely nothing, I get charged the full amount.
Which firstly, is not what I was led to believe, and second of all, if only I could have talked to someone, if I would have had a follow up email, some clear communication it would not have happened. I had to frustratingly revert back my subscription.

You can find a better gym chain than this. They are rude and greedy spending lots of money on marketing but not appreciating existing clients

Equipment is ok, not always clean. Just be aware, Trainmore has an active policy of screwing their customers over by changing nothing and charging more!

I have been trying to cancel my TrainMore contract for over a year now, but it is impossible to reach anyone for help. There is no call centre to call, and all my emails and messages are ignored. Somehow, I have ended up locked into a 3-year contract until 2027, which feels unreasonable and unfair.
I have not been able to attend the gym for over 2 years (which TrainMore can clearly see), yet I am told I cannot cancel unless I provide confidential medical information. I do not believe customers should be forced to hand over private documents just to end a membership.
The lack of transparency, customer service, and flexibility is extremely disappointing. At the very least, there should be an option to cancel with a penalty, but instead, members are left stuck paying for years for a service they cannot use.
I hope TrainMore sees this and finally responds, because ignoring customers is unacceptable.

Great gym, great classes, customer service is also fine. ( one feedback is to make one site for the live chat ) it is difficult to find on the website.
