All is well.

I completed this course as part of a training assignment from CMA CGM manning agency. The course itself was well structured, useful and easy to understand, but the virtual ECDIS simulator was quite slow and laggy. During the final test, the NACOS Platinum environment frose (some elements were not displayed properly), and after I used the reset function inside the virtual ECDIS environment (which was not a good decision afterall) the application did not restart properly — only the Windows desktop remained visible. I had to find the relevant application inside Windows and manually restart the simulator environment. Improving the performance and stability of the virtual ECDIS would make the course much more convenient.

The course instructions provided through the e-learning platform were clear, easy to follow, and easy to understand. The course only requires a stable internet connection to effectively practice using the Virtual ECDIS.

Very useful and beneficial for the practical operation of SAM ECDIS on board.
The application appears to work smoothly and be very friendly for user. After the completion of the assessment the support was excellent and the issuance of the certification came almost at the same time.
The training was conducted very well
It is difficult to operate the practicing plateform. It freezes somtimes. In general the training was very smooth and profuctive.
All well organized.
It is good, but some questions are to difficult.
Regarding the course content it was clear Relevant to ECDIS operation
Very informative and detailed presentation of the system. My only complaint is about the availability of the ECDIS systems. Some days I had to wait in order to get access for practice.
