Very good training enjoyed by all delegates, my only critique would be the number of stories told by the trainer, but he was very good!

I have been with Training at Work Group a month now ,1 week's Training and 3 weeks in the office.
I have been in employment for the last 34 years since I was 17yrs old and Training at Work Group is the best company I have ever worked for without a doubt, the best staff ever but more importantly where I have worked previously, there has been a few or mostly good staff , Literally everyone is absolutely fantastic,and Management are certainly the best also by some margin, they treat you with respect, and always willing to assist and guide , they have my total respect.
It's a company where work is expected and totally totally fine with me , I have worked in some companies and there is people that don't try as hard and are lazy but not here .
The Training we had in the 1st week was simply first class , my last but one role I had about a day's traing sat beside someone that really couldn't be bothered to explain about each different task/ job , The trainer was 5* having 12 people to teach with all different ages , work experiences and personalities, I thought I would struggle being one of the oldest in the group and perhaps not as quick to grasp things as others who have been through School/ College system a lot newer than me and found learning more newer ; but our Trainer Shannon taught the course extremely well and got me and the others where we needed to be, a superbly delivered course .
All in all Training at Work Group is a brilliant company to work for, if I could give more stars I would.
The company also include incentives, days out as a company and lots more . I would recommend Training at Work Group to anyone as a truly responsible and fair employer.

Overall, I'm extremely happy with my experience. The members of staff are wonderful, the training management is fantastic, and they are always helpful and looking to improve. I also love that you have the opportunity to progress within the business as they promote from within

The Training at Work Group very kindly donated a defibrillator to our charity Leeds South and East Foodbank. This has provided an extra level of reassurance and safety for our volunteers for which we are very grateful. Thank you so much to Rob and the team for your generosity!

Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) - All that attended have returned positive feedback. The person leading the training was engaging, professional and experienced in his field. The course was not too long and varied in both theory and practical exercises. In over very good onsite course.

We had a very informative and successful Manual Handling Course. This was designed for our place of work, and tailored for our needs. It has been very difficult to find appropriate training which has been face to face, most training has been online , so we were very pleased to find on site training.
We are looking forward to First Aid Training next month, and hope the experience will be equally rewarding.

The feed back from the Managers and staff that took the First Aid at work course was good.

They found the trainer easy to understand and the course was enjoyable. All staff passed.

Decent training but rude people. After i paid on the site (apparently they can't check if you paid or not) received an invoice to pay again. Contacted customer care and told them the details of my payment, including date, last digits of my card. Then got an email from their credit control to ask how i paid it. No apologise for their mess, of course. Gave the second star just because the training was thorough and the material was good

The course was excellent, I have completed the course before with another company, so I was re qualifying and found this one so much better, I learnt a lot and found all the interactive sessions really interesting snd fun to complete. The assessment after each section made sure you had captured all the information. Really enjoyable and excellent value.
