i’ve wanted to get into my childcare course for a long time. i’ve applied many times and wasn’t able to attend the classes because they were “too full” or i was too late. but once i enquired about a course i was interested in the next day i was rung. it made me feel seen and wanted. the lady i spoke to was lovely and listened what i had to say and worked around all the responsibilities i have in my life. i’m now enrolled in the course of my dreams and it works for me. i was put on a plan to pay off my course as well which makes things easier because i am moving out of home.

I did enquire but they didn’t give me good knowledge about course and no good response as well not happy with staff they called me. I want help to aged people in this Covid-19 because shortage of staff but they didn’t help me explain about course

Made a general enquiry for a guide for a course listed on the jobsandskills.gov.au as subsidised for consession holders got told they done provide that service when I advised I can’t afford their provider and will find someone who is offering the Subsidy and won’t be using their services I have since received 10+ calls and several emails harassing me to register

Beware what you wish for. My Asian daughter in law had a mental health problem early 2021 and while still under treatment signed up for a Real Estate Course costing over $2000. She is unemployed and ill and has defaulted, the debt was outsourced to ARMA who regularly harass her. She has paid heaps of money and hasn't done the course

Despite that, I am not a student, I can say that the people in open college is very☺ important by doing the job with us as future students.
I like the way the customer service representative helps us to feel motivated studying with Open College Certificate IV in Disability.

I made an inquiry into an AIN course. I unfortunately had already been working on an application from Tafe and that was the one that I was perusing, I was called by one of your representatives and found him very helpful.

I enquired about a course 6 days ago and still haven't heard anything back about it. I guess I'll be going through a different provider for the same course.

The person who returned my queries was very professional and answered all my queries very clearly. He is most friendly as well.

Done the training very much appreciated because very helpful on my recent job as a cleaner, learned much.

The website is misleading in that is identifies courses to be subsidised through particular RTOs however, after spending hours contacting the RTOs none of the courses were subsidised wasting so much heartache and valuable time. Very disappointing

I got a generated email and no follow up . What’s to review ? Lol

The lady that called me was very helpful in answering my questions on the animal care course

So far in all my dealings I have experienced kindness, respect and great advice.
