Very good application for find a near fitness gym were ever you are!!!

Perfect App, it was absolut usefull. I’ve alrrady use twice and I will follow to use it. Just book the club and activate the pass the day of the training at the reception desk. No worries no paper at all.

It is a good app that I use when travelling, but it has stopped working so I needed to load it down again in order to make it working....

Very simple, practical and hassle free app.
The only down side is there’s still a lot of lack of local partners in a lot of major cities. Hopefully it will keep growing at a good pace.

A good all-round gym with a selection of treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, free weights and various classes. A good atmosphere and a decent standard of cleanliness. Only slight issue was buying a day pass was a bit complicated.

It’s a great app that provides a much-needed service. My main complaint is that not all cities have enough options, which I would guess is something that will get better as the partnership network expands.

I really like the idea of your app but every time i go to use it, it fails and i cannot use it in the end or somekind of a problem is with the app. Also the customer service agents are not very familiar with the systems or service recovery techniques so they also cannot help. I would happily keep on using your app if it worked bulletproofly :)

The App is great and the booking smooth and easy. Fitness Hut in Portugal is ok, friendly staff and offers a good variety of training possibilities.

Brought me huge relief when I was able to quickly download the app, sign up and pay for a casual entry on the spot. Can’t ask for much more

TrainAway was brilliant, very easy to use and accepted with no problem at the gym in Paris. The gym was fine, had what I needed, good quality (Neoness). I would recommend it!

I was extremely happy to find a dynamic, “aqua power” water class at Mt. Auburn this morning! The instructor is excellent. Thank you, Dorie Behrman, for a great workout! The club is friendly, immaculately clean and well-run.

I love the idea of this app but it did not work for me in practice. I purchased a daypass but when I showed up (with the pass in hand) at the gym, they had no idea what it was and had never heard of TrainAway. More outreach is definitely needed.

You can only use the gym if you download the app. If you show up with cash they send you away! Bring a towel and lots of water- no wipes, tissues or water taps provided. Over crowded at 11am and bad layout. No music playing

Awesome gym. Has everything you need from machines to free weights to Pts on hand if needs be. If you feel there might be a language barrier simply download the app and book and pay online however for some random reason once you activate the pass you have 2hrs to get to the gym so don't activate until your on your way lol

It was okay. Dumbells handles are gross, broken and taped up, dont know what is growing in those handles.
Nothing to wipe equipment when I was done, which leads me the beleive it's all filthy. No water fountain? It was quite spacious.
