New trailer hubs were needed in a hurry and although not in stock these were quickly sourced and supplied in good time, They were well packed and promptly delivered by the courier. An excellent service and we were kept up to date with helpful, courteous emails.

Order #40333 shipped over a week ago – still no delivery, no tracking, and my email was completely ignored

I ordered 2 cans of Wurth Brake Cleaner on 22 March 2026 (Order #40333) from Trailerstuff.ie.
The same day they sent confirmation that payment was approved.
On 23 March they sent two emails: first saying the order was now “Processing” and would ship that day, then a second email saying it had been shipped with their courier and should arrive within 1–2 working days.
By Friday 27 March the parcel still hadn’t arrived, so I replied to their email and politely asked for a tracking number.
It is now Tuesday 31 March – four full working days after my request – and I have received zero response. No tracking number, no update, no delivery, nothing.
For a €22 order this level of service is completely unacceptable. They were very quick to ask for a 5-star Trustpilot review in the same email that claimed the order had shipped, yet they can’t even be bothered to reply when a customer chases a missing parcel.
I will never order from Trailerstuff.ie again and I strongly advise others to shop elsewhere if they want reliable delivery and basic customer service.

Very fast I have to say, delivered within 48 hours which is better than most, even rang me to ensure they had the eiecode to ensure delivery to the correct place, only downside is the bag of starmix included with your delivery, it's too small 😉😉, I have to say everything went perfectly, very professional and caring about making sure your package arrived where it was supposed to big thumbs up 👍👍👍
