Has to be the worst experience ever…

Has to be the worst experience ever ordering parts online. And yes they have charge my credit card for the parts. I ordered parts on May 26, 2020 and still have not received an email of shipment on June 10, 2020. I’ve tried to call the phone number numerous times with no answers. I did receive parts today for in the mail from trailer parts.com which were not my parts. It even has a different customer name on the invoice. I’ve tried to call the customer service number and they say they’re closed due to the Covide. As we know New Jersey is wide open As of this date, so why aren’t they open? Very very poor service. You cannot call and physically talk to anyone. I should’ve used Amazon.

They do not respond to any communication blaming COVID 19

We are a Trailer repair center and thought we would give trailerparts.com a try to see if they are a potential vendor for us. We buy 25-35K per year..
This was a bad idea in so many ways.
I tried to reach their order desk for two days then finally decided to take a chance and place the order online. I did receive an automated order confirmation but 12 days later still no order. I called them and now their phone message says they have no customer service person to answer the phone due to Covid 19. As we all know this is BS because business all over the nation are operating very effectively. I emailed to find out if my order is in process or on back order and no response. Regardless of Covid 19 or any other excuse I would not do business with this company ever again.
Don't be fooled with the COVID 19 excuse for not returning email corispondence.

Used to be a good company

Used to be a good company - a little slow to ship, but great selection and reasonable prices. I placed an order recently. Website said shipments delayed 3 days for covid - They charged my card and after 3 weeks...still haven't shipped. Worse!- they closed down the phone and customer service department, so I can't inquire or cancel the order. Phone recording says they are shipping and will email when shipped. Sorry - that's not customer service. Got my credit card company to cancel the charge .... but Trailerparts.com is still not answering my emails or phone calls.

Zero customer service.

Ordered 2 trailer hub kits, the kits came with seals that did not fit the hubs in the kits. When I called to get it straitened out I was told "We're just a distributor, if you have a problem call the maker of the product" They offered zero help, wasted my time.

Bought a hitch online and when I called…

Bought a hitch online and when I called to get a status a week later (I got no shipping confirmation), they told me that they cancelled the order because they do not carry that hitch anymore. No email, call, or anything telling me this. The customer service was beyond horrible. Save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else. Still have not gotten my money back either...

I needed to replace my trailer axle for…

I needed to replace my trailer axle for the first time in 4 years. I wasn't really sure where to start but I didn't want to just go to a mechanic and have them charge me whatever they want for the parts. Instead, my buddy told me to try to get the part online and save some cash. I found this site and gave a call to make sure the axle I was looking at was what I needed. They helped me find a better option and it was on my doorstep in less than a week. The rep I spoke with knew what he was talking about and made the process real simple.

Great customer service

Great customer service. The salesman I talked to was able to talk to his boss to get me a discount for my bulk purchase. Everything arrived on time and in good condition.

so pleased that i wrote a review about it

i honestly could not be happier with my experiences with TrailerParts.com i shop there very frequently for no other reason than the staff being so cheerful and helpful. the people on the phone will take the time to find the stuff you need even when i'm only looking for a cheap little grease seal. amazing really
