Is Tradiac still in business or have they gone under.

I cannot access my account and Tradiac are not responding to emails .

Is this another "superhero" prop trading firm gone under ?

If indeed they are still operating , can either Tradiac or someone give an update on the situation ? And if indeed they are still in business , can an email address which will be answered please be provided ?

Otherwise ,another prop firm deceiving investors

A company's social media is an easy way for new interested parties to find out about a project. In this case, without any warning, they have deleted all their social media. Without any warning, or announcement on their page. All their networks. What would their clients imagine... Nothing professional on the part of this company.

Seem to have disappeared almost overnight. Have purchased an assessment, and it seems that money’s gone now. Absolutely no communication to anyone - just silence. An absolute disgrace. So much for being different from all the rest (which is how they marketed themselves).

Update: very vague answer received from someone - not good enough. There has been no clear communication with any of your clients. All of your social media is down (X, Instagram and Discord). Do better. Until then, Tradiac should be avoided like the plague.

ALL their social media have been deactivated, facebook, twitter, instagram all showing error, discord as well... Possibly RUG PULL?

Update: thanks for the reply, it gives some comfort...I hope that's the case! Though some message on the social media, website or even email would have been great. Rather than deleting all.

Each prop firm has a certain rule aimed at 'hobbling' as many traders as possible. One of the strictest rules of any prop firm is Tradiac's 'no scalping' policy. They don't advertise this, but tucked away in their rules documentation is the fact that trades less than 5 minutes in duration are considered 'scalps'. If you exceed a certain threshold, they will terminate your account.

They claim this is designed to make traders use good risk management, but one could argue that it does the opposite. Imagine opening a trade, then after 3 minutes there's a major event causing the market to move against you but you can't close your trade or it will be considered a 'scalp'.

After approximately 10 days of trading, I was informed that I had passed Tradiac's challenge and was instructed to verify my identity which I did. I received access to my funded account and began trading. 4 days later, Tradiac terminated my account, saying that I had exceeded the threshold of 'scalp' trades during the challenge phase.

This behaviour is extremely troubling. An ethical company would inform the trader as soon as a breach occurs.

If your style of trading involves almost all 5min+ trades and you don't mind possibly wasting several days trading after being told you passed, Tradiac is probably ok.

UPDATE: I'm not saying the 'scalping' policy isn't mentioned in the rules, I'm simply saying that Tradiac definitely aren't using it as a selling point, which is understandable. Lol.
Also, I'm currently trying to get copies of my receipts for the 2 challenges I purchased. When you purchase a challenge, you receive an email with challenge details but it's not an actual receipt. The member area of the website doesn't have a billing area. This raises even more alarm bells about this organisation.

MORE UPDATES: Apparently 'Tradiac' have deleted their social media accounts and have stopped taking sign-ups. Sounds like a totally legit organisation. Lol. BTW, be on the lookout for these folks when they inevitably start a new company.

I was one of the giveaway winners hosted by one of their affiliates. I contacted support and was informed about the necessary steps to take (KYC verification and registering on the website) to be issued the account. Everything was done smoothly and I finally got my account. Their customer service is top notch.

Great service provided since the Discord service. Payout with no issues, on time. Having 30% of DD will give you a different perspective of your trading. I had somebody always staying in touch with me and keeping me updated.

Where are the info about commissions and swap and how much are influencing the 5% loss? They are taking money from us from the first step, no matter if we level up. So Stop saying that they are HELPING.

They are using your data to scam people, are using your position against you, are not showing in real time the exposure, same issue like XM, they are forcing you to close good operations when you are in minus to take your money. Are sharing your trades with bigger traders to get you out wth scalp move , but you can not make scalp. every time you close or you are cut, the trend is going back as you predicted, big surprise.
So i give you a hint invest in these for an account as a trap for huge traders and behind make a higher account with a real broker; when your trade it's cuted on tradiac, continue on real account, cause traders just closing the attack against your tradiac account.

I had once real account and they pretended that i had more then 5% loss per day, but there was no loss reported from previous days, no other loss from that day...and they invented transactions...so when it's about real money, they crash your account and are making transactions behind you!!!!!

I tried to mail to them now and guess what, their mail it's not valid???

I the mails they accept they having traders, but they "don't affect your transactions" - so they won procentage from the huge traders taking me out with scalping and in same time from stupid us who are trying to level up and receiveing nothing even if we level up, even with real account;

I keep asking my self if that traders are having access to my account, 'cause i don't know how i closed in the evening with profit and i found mail that i lost over 5% per day ...

Update:hi, I bought three challenges from your company, 2 to 100,000 dollars and one for 50,000 dollars, I lost all three of them due to the bad condition such as crazy slippage, high swap, Your company had no obligation regarding the failure of the platform. Here are my account numbers

Don't trust these guys, they immediately disable your demo account and you can not prove how crazy they charged you for swap and slippage!

Tradiac is an excellent option for new & advanced traders who wants to capitalize themselves, besides that they offer stack up programs and they are backed up by a hedge fund so they are very reliable

Finally, there is an opportunity to put your trading skills to good use and be awarded for your efforts! Highly recommended.

I just passed the challenge and so far I'm very satisfied with everything. This is one of the best companies I've worked with to date. An amazing team, amazing support in the shortest possible time and they help in any way they can. This is my experience so far, and after the first withdraw, I will definitely write about my experience from that part as well.

I know how difficult it can be to trust a new player in this industry so I wanna share a little bit of my good experience with Tradiac so far so it might be useful for someone.

Although the company is relatively new, the people behind it have lots of years of experience in the financial markets and treat the business with the professionalism and respect it deserves. Not to mention that they are backed by a hedge fund and the CEO is also partner at a Broker.

That alone already puts them ahead of most of the competition, but they have a really good program with a great opportunity to grow as well. I joined them about 4 months ago and I've already scaled up my account a few times and received a few payouts with them. Everything has been really smooth and fast.

The trading conditions are good with good spreads, fast execution and no crazy slippage. The rules are pretty clear and the support has been great as well. I haven't experienced anything unusual at all! No questions asked and no hidden rules!

It's also worth mentioning that I've had the opportunity to be on a call with the people behind Tradiac and I really liked what I heard. They are great people with the professional approach this business deserves. I think they are really trying to build something unique for the long run with the objectives aligned with the traders.

To be honest I must say that the most important thing for me is to be with a reliable and trustworthy company with like minded people behind it and I would say Tradiac is a great choice if you are serious about trading.

The challenges are very affordable and only one phase. Moreover, your account will double immediately, literally right the second you hit the first profit target of 10%. The staff is fantastic too, they reply almost immediately sometimes even on the weekend (I didn't expect that lol). I received my first payout about a week after signing up for the challenge, 1-2 business days after requesting the payout of the realized profits on the funded account. You can only have one account why it makes sense to start with a bigger one. I bought a 10k challenge, to check them out etc, got funded, and was kinda stuck with the account (which is not a big deal but merging accounts or something like that would be ideal). Also one must keep in mind to hold trades for at least 5 minutes, which can be a good thing since you are thinking twice about entering a position in volatile markets. Apart from that the rules are pretty tolerant.
The dashboard looks neat and clean, however, some visuals would be nice like a graph of the account balance, which is not there yet. Since Tradiac is kinda new i can imagine there is more to come.
I can definitely recommend them, so far :)
