SHADY AND SCAMMY AI SERVICE
I signed up for a three-day free trial on September 24th. I cancelled the next day, September 25th, got a confirmation email, and thought that was the end of it. But on September 27th, I was suddenly charged $441 CAD, the full annual price. Even though I had cancelled. And even worse, I didn't even get access to the service after that charge. So basically paid for nothing. Customer service refuses to refund, its just some 20 year old kid thats making excuses like "the cancellation email is fabricated" (which btw how would I fabricate the email if I don't even know your email template...). They claim I cancelled late, even though their own confirmation email shows otherwise. It feels incredibly shady. I'm now going through a bank dispute and warning others to avoid this scam. It's an early business run by some kid with fake followers and there are no other reviews or anything about this site. Just AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
