I wish I can give this rubbish company a rating less than 1.Briefly they quick to take your money and on withdrawal they all disappear.
Support number and support email are useless. Been waiting for someone to call me back to sort out and close the account but no luck.

They are the biggest scam artists I have ever come across. Don't lose your money. You give them any money you might as well say goodbye to it. I only lost $400 and they wanted me to put more in. Like Hell.

Now they are threatening to not give me any of my money unless I give them a big chunk of the money that I actually invested from the get go. They do absolutely nothing and then make fictions charges. They actually even claimed that it was for the Capital Gains Tax, which is funny since they won't be paying any. I was going to say that this company is unethical, but they are actually just straight out fraudulent. And if you do not bend to their demands then they will just take all of your money.

Luckily i never invested... i checked the online reviews first... what they DO do is ring you at all hours - persistently. Annoying af. Then when you call them on all the crap reviews , and mention their fake multu star onea which are writren just like their marketing... that-s some BS reviewing right there sticking out like dogs balls. Do not trustttt do not Trusttttttt. All other 5 star rairings are fake. Do not lose your money. They are scammers.
All 2 stars 3 stars 4 stars reviews are fake!!! There is no stars for them at all they are white collar thugs(cheaters) also do not share your mobile or computer screen with them on zoom meetings, they will ask you to do so to enter in your system and hack your computer.

They are a scam . They will first entice you . Show you how your balance can grow . Once you ask them to withdraw, that is when there is a problem . They have automated system to respond saying with contact you in 24 hours . They will not respond . I have given them 5 reminders no response . Problem is you cannot speak to anyone as they call from different numbers . Good that I only tested them with 250 dollars

My husband is new to trading and started trading with tradewise. Initially, it was all good. But when he wanted to withdraw his balance and close the account due to personal reasons, he was asked to invest the money he had and he lost it. I don't understand why would someone suggest to invest the profit when trying to withdraw. And the account was closed. My husband was pressuried to pay USD 2000 to restore the account again which he did. Then the company made mistake (which i do not believe is a mistake) and moved all our money to credit and we cannot withdraw any money and we lost. Then we were asked another 5000 to correct their mistake and told that we cannot withdraw any funds available. We have been scammed clearly. We still being pressured to pay 5000. I had never been this angry and upset.DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP AND LOSE YOUR MONEY AS WE DID.

When speaking of online trading, you cannot underestimate the importance of cyber security. Tradewiser definitely seems like a broker that cares very much about this, and I am grateful for this. with that said, this comes at expense of quickness: Opening an account was not easy, nor was the verification process.
