No attempted delivery and no reply on refund request
I purchased $300 item from here. I ordered on the 11th Dec and I only got one update from them which was the tracking number. Absolutely no update ever since then. I sent an enquiry a few days ago which they didn't reply. I sent multiple emails to them but I only received an email that they're checking with the warehouse and nothing again. It's public holiday soon and I need the refund today (23 Dec) so I can buy my sister a birthday/xmas gift from somewhere else. Will never buy from here and I will be lodging a complaints with Victorian Consumer Ombudsman.

Theft
Refused to refund an item which they mis-sold claiming it was fireproof when it wasn't. Stating it couldn't be resold because the cardboard box it was returned in (just a brown box) was different. Also wouldn't return the item to me, so effectively just trying to steal from me? Luckily Amazon agreed with me and refunded the money.
Reply: not true again. I have the screenshots of the conversation where three times youv’e said i must contact amazon for a refund as you will not refund me.

Exemplary, first class service.
I had a minor issue with an item bought in late 2022, but which was within the manufacturers warranty period.
I explained this to Trade Supplies Online who, within a matter of days, had arranged a replacement.
This was fantastic service in a world which often seems so throw away and transient.

Manhole cover at a good price
The manhole cover I bought was at the best price I'd seen and it was sent pretty quickly too.
The tracking info was not worth having - for me companies should just give you a date for delivery and stick with that. I looked at the tracking info and it said nothing of use until the item arrived. I dont need to know when it's left the factory or got to some random depot (it didn't say 'out for delivery ' on the day I got it).
